I'm like you, the hours in front of the computer weaken me and require me to go out in search of a coffee so I won't leave until I finish what I'm doing, but I hadn't thought about your strategy, I love it, I'll choose to do that, have a latte in the afternoon so it doesn't rob me of sleep at night.
