ENGLISH VERSION
I have several siblings, Amilcar one of them, younger than me by 8 years.
We have lived together since he was born, unlike my other siblings. In spite of that, I think we are the least alike in characters, preferences and attitudes. Yet we always find something to share.
He is a coffee lover, some time ago we discovered near our house a small coffee shop with a barista owner also in love with coffee. It was inevitable to make friends with the couple of this particular place, picturesque and full of affection.
Although my brother had been self-taught in coffee, with our friend Arnaldo (the owner of the coffee shop) he received his first training and practice as a barista.
About fifteen days ago Amilcar started his first job as an aspiring barista in a well-known coffee shop in the city, aspiring because for now they don't let him use the machine, but I know that soon it will happen. Usually all the workers are multitaskers in this place.
Back to the topic, he decided that with his first payment he would invite his favorite and most beautiful sister for a coffee (I am his sister hahahahahahahah) and we visited this friend's coffee shop. Seeing the menu, I decided to try something new, which is hard to see something new in a coffee shop in this city.
Here they served a coffee called: CAFÉ IRLANDES. Hey, what a great coffee. Now I say it is my favorite coffee from that coffee shop. Although each place has its variants, here they present it as an espresso with liquor and whipped cream. How do they prepare it? House recipe, I know they put a lot of love into designing it with local ingredients and they achieved tremendous results.
My brother ordered a more boring coffee, a mocaccino with nutella. In my opinion, something very common hahahaha Still very good too.
Although these coffees were very good. What I would most like to repeat is to have coffee with my little brother .... Although he is already an adult, I still call him that way.

Tengo varios hermanos, Amilcar uno de ellos, menor que yo por 8 años.
Hemos vivido juntos desde que nació, a diferencia que con mis otros hermanos. A pesar de eso, creo que somos los que menos nos parecemos en caracteres, preferencias ya actitudes. Aun asi siempre encontramos que compartir.
El es aficionado del café, hace un tiempo descubrimos cerca de nuestra casa una pequeña cafetería con un dueño barista tambien enamorado del café. Fue inevitable hacer amistad con la pareja de este sitio tan particular, pintoresco y lleno de cariño.
Aunque mi hermano venia siendo autodidacta del café, con nuestro amigo Arnaldo (el dueño de la cafetería) recibió su primera capacitación y prácticas como barista.
Hace unos quince dias Amilcar inicio su primer trabajo como aspirante a barista en una cafetería conocida de la ciudad, aspirante por que por ahora no le dejan usar la máquina, pero sé que pronto sucederá. Suelen todos los trabajadores ser multitareas en este sitio.
Volviendo al tema, el decidió que con su primer pago invitaría a su hermana preferida y más bella un café (soy su una hermana jajajajaj) y visitamos la cafetería de este amigo. Viendo el menú, decidi probar algo nuevo, que es dificil de ver algo nuevo en una cafetería en esta ciudad.
Aquí servían un café llamado: CAFÉ IRLANDES. Hey, que café mas bueno. Ahora digo que es mi café preferido de esa cafetería. Aunque cada lugar tiene sus variantes aquí lo presentan como un expreso con licor y crema chantillí. ¿Cómo lo preparan? Receta de la casa, se que le pusieron mucho amor a diseñarlo con los ingredientes locales y vaya que lograron tremendo resultado.
Mi hermano si pidio un café mas aburrido, un mocaccino con nutela. A mi parecer, algo muy común jajajaja Igual muy bueno tambien.
Aunque estos cafés estuvieron muy buenos. Lo que mas me gustaria repetir es el tomarme el café con mi hermanito…. Que aunque ya es un adulto, sigo llamándolo asi.

I think I like the sound of your coffee with liquor, more than your brother's moccaccino with Nutella.
