This morning, like every Friday morning, I woke up excited to go hiking, exercise and end up having a good coffee at Loma Linda, the mountain house. Early in the morning I left home to meet my friends. After fulfilling our initial purpose, to exercise, we arrived at the house to water the plants, clean, drink coffee, have breakfast and obviously to talk. In these times the drought has been strong, the lemon and coffee plants continue to grow but without the vital liquid everything could change the course of the expected. Thank God the springs that flow from the mountains still release a little water and little by little they supply the tanks. With that advantage, irrigation can be done.
In comments given to other content creators in this community I have said the following: "I don't usually drink dark coffee, nor black coffee in coffee shops " hahahaha and today curiously I realized something.... "I don't drink coffee with milk at home " Curious, isn't it? hahaha, rather funny. In Loma Linda my particular coffee shop I drink black coffee because there is no one better than my friend to make an exquisite coffee like this. Between three people we drink almost a jar, we sometimes overdo it hehehehe. Breakfast could not have been more complete today. Coffee is synonymous with happiness.
Interacting with nature while drinking coffee is magical. Believe it or not, it works for all of us to drain in this place. Arriving here is like having the permission to speak out loud and shout what we sometimes feel tight in our chest. Nature has this great kindness, its wide spaces give us permission to let go and let flow. The cup of coffee in hand allows us to listen in silence without judgment? It is therapeutic. Apropos of this last comment I ask you What is your favorite place for coffee and reflective therapies?

En la mañana de hoy, como la de todos los viernes desperté emocionada para hacer senderismo, ejercitarme y terminar tomando un buen café en Loma Linda, la casa de la montaña. Bien temprano salí de casa para encontrarme con las amigas. Luego de cumplir con el propósito inicias, ejercitarnos, llegamos a la casa para regar las plantas, limpiar, tomar café, desayunar y obviamente para conversar. En estos tiempos la sequía ha estado fuerte, las plantas de limón y café siguen creciendo pero sin el vital líquido todo pudiese cambiar el curso de lo esperado. Gracias a Dios los manantiales que brotan de la montaña aún sueltan un poco de agua y poco a poco surten los tanques. Con esa ventaja, se puede hacer el riego. En comentarios dados a otros creadores de contenidos de la esta comunidad le he dicho lo siguiente: "No suelo tomar café oscuro, ni negro en cafeterías" jajajaja y hoy curiosamente me di cuenta de algo... "No tomo café con leche en casa" ¿Curioso no? jajaja, más bien chistoso. En Loma Linda mi cafetería particular tomo el café negro porque nadie mejor que mi amiga para hacer un café exquisito como este. Entre tres personas nos tomamos casi una jarra, nos excedemos a veces jejeje. El desayuno no pudo estar más completo hoy. El café es sinónimo de felicidad. Interactuar con la naturaleza mientras tomamos café resulta mágico. Aunque cueste creerlo a todas nos funciona drenar en este lugar. Llegar aquí es como tener el permiso para hablar en voz alta y gritar lo que a veces sentimos apretado en el pecho. La naturaleza tiene esa gran bondad, sus anchos espacios nos da permiso para soltar y dejar fluir. La taza de café en la mano permite escuchar en silencio sin juzgar... Es terapéutico. A propósito de este último comentario le pregunto ¿Cuál es su lugar favorito para tomar café y hacer terapias reflexivas?

You have a lovely smile! :) And I relate with your little "secret" - I only drink black coffee at home and usually take something with milk, like a flat white, while out. Nothing like pure coffee made at home, although I admit that I usually drink an espresso from time to time in coffee shops. To drink a whole carafe, the coffee was undoubtedly delicious. I'm so glad you enjoyed it with friends.
