Hi there @Cinnamoncupcoffe people! Today I want to show you my wonderful acquisition and give you my opinion about it. For those who don't know, I am a pastry chef and I work in a coffee/pastry shop, one of my coworkers who is also a barista, has been explaining me about the whole process that requires preparing a good coffee, and she has also been teaching me how to use the machine since all this is significantly awakening my interest. She told me about the best brands that baristas usually work with, and that is how she recommended Elephant Coffe to me.
So I did not think twice and bought it to see how it was. I have to say that it was not cheap at all, but it is a deluxe edition and later I will show you all that it includes, but beforehand I can tell you that it is a specialty coffee, that is, it is not just any coffee, it is one with a very high quality, with carefully selected beans, an exquisite aroma and according to what my barista friend tells me, it has no defects, besides the beans are Arabica type, which means it has an exceptional flavor profile that includes a variety of flavors, a higher acidity and a softer caffeine content.
When I made my purchase I was given a bag with a package that came with the coffee, which had me intrigued, but when I read what it says on the bag I realized it was a set of thermoses.
It is actually a stainless steel thermos that also comes with two cups, it is a beauty, of very good quality and surely it will come in handy when I go on a picnic with my family and I need to take our coffee and keep it at the right temperature.
As for the taste of the coffee, I can tell you that it is really delicious and very aromatic, you can tell the quality it has, its texture is very smooth, and I feel some fruity notes, although very faint. I think I could use it in an espresso to make my mocha cake (which many people love in the bakery where I work) I really loved this coffee, the quality is excellent and it stands out among so many other coffees that I have tasted before.

¡Hola Hola gente de @Cinnamoncupcoffe! Hoy quiero mostrarles mi maravillosa adquisición y darles mi opinión al respecto. Para los que no lo saben, soy chef pastelera y trabajo en una cafetería/pastelería, una de mis compañeras de trabajo quien también es barista, me ha estado explicando acerca de todo el proceso que requiere preparar un buen café, y además me ha estado enseñando a como usar la máquina ya que todo esto está despertando significativamente mi interés. Ella me habló de las mejores marcas con las que usualmente trabajan los baristas, y fue así como me recomendó Elephant Coffe
Así que no lo pensé dos veces y lo compré para ver que tal era. He de decir que no me salió nada barato, pero se trata de una edición de lujo y más adelante les mostraré todo lo que esto incluye, pero de antemano les puedo decir que es un café de especialidad, es decir, no es cualquier café, es uno con una calidad altísima, con granos cuidadosamente seleccionados, un aroma exquisitos y según lo que me cuenta mi amiga barista, no tiene defectos, además los granos son de tipo arábico, lo que significa que tiene un perfil de sabor excepcional que incluye una variedad de sabores, una acidez más alta y un contenido de cafeína más suave.
Cuando hice mi compra me dieron una bolsa con un paquete que venía con el café, lo cual me tenía intrigada, pero al leer lo que dice la bolsa me di cuenta de que era un set de termos.
En realidad se trata de un termo de acero inoxidable que además viene con dos tazas, es una belleza, de muy buena calidad y seguramente que me va a venir de maravilla cuando me vaya de picnic con mi familia y necesite llevar nuestro café y que se conserve en la temperatura adecuada.
En cuanto al sabor del café, yo les puedo decir que realmente es delicioso y muy aromático, se nota la calidad que tiene, su textura es muy suave, y le siento algunas notas frutales, aunque muy tenue. Pienso que me vendría bien prepararlo en un expreso para hacer mi pastel de moka (que a mucha gente le encanta en la pastelería donde trabajo) de verdad amé este café, la calidad es excelsa y destaca entre tantos otros cafés que he probado antes

Expensive coffee brands offer the best beans, hence the high price of a bag. Every now and then I treat myself to a high-quality coffee and try a new set of flavors. They gave you a nice gift for the purchase of coffee, I really liked it.

Yes, I enjoy good coffee. I think my two favourite desserts are two of my own haha but I really enjoy cold cakes and tiramisu
