Hello hello! you beautiful people ✨ i'm back with another coffee review for you, and this one is little special because this would be my first Voiceover Video! Initially this was going to be just standard review of this brand but then as I was compiling the video I don't know just hit me that maybe a VoiceOver on this would make the video little better. I mean there are mistakes for sure in the take but hey i'm new to this 🫣
Last week I was in Hyderabad in India for Ed Sheeran's Concert and on my free time I went down to True Black Specialty Coffee, This place was super minimal and to my surprise the had the Weber Workshops The EG-1 Coffee Grinder 😭 and oh was it gorgeous as ever! I even had a good breakfast and a lovely cup of Cold Brew there but more on that will be put up in the Foodies Community Haha.

Tasting Notes: Cane Sugar, Apricot and Honey
Drip Bags do make a great alternate for freshly ground coffee but if you're looking to get a sense of the tasting notes, then thats not really going to happen lol 😂 i've tried drip bags before as well. They’re mellow and great but I never once could get any of the notes in.
For brewing these drip bags I use 200g of Water heated at 92°C, I start off by pouring in 100g of water and making sure it doesn’t overflow from the bag, Then I add in 50g + 50g of water and let it steep a little but not too much since I do not want to have the bitterness that comes at the end of the pour.

This video was shot using a Canon 80D with a 1.8f 50mm Lens and a Godox LC500 which I have used as a warm Fill Light. Used my iPhone 15 Pro as a secondary monitor via the Canon Camera Connect App to frame the perfect shot for this video.

This was my first time doing a Voice Over Video and boy was I uncomfortable as hell 😂 and if you listen through the whole thing, you could notice the tone of my voice changing from start to end and there were a lot of gaps in the middle that I fixed in post processing. Hopefully I'll improve all this and put out a much better Voice Over video in the future. Cheers !

STOPYour video is super chill, I feel like it's something that could be perfectly in the background of a specialty coffee shop. Maybe the box doesn't look Fancy, but your video does hahaha I really liked it, also very nice lighting and editing work. Excellent idea to include the voiceover, I hope you keep experimenting with this way of creating your video reviews.
As for the preparation method, you have surprised me, I have used these drop coffee bags in a much more violent way compared to your preparation, they are very useful for traveling when you don't have good coffee available, but I have not been willing to prepare it calmly at home taking into account the exact measurements. You made me want to give it a try.

Haha thanks a lot ✨ coffee turns out to be amazing when everything is measured, little more or little less ends up changing the flavour profile a lot, but for drip bags you can just wing it 😂
