Hi everyone this is a latte art video for your viewing pleasure and also good music by NCS
Just for your information i do 20 grams of grinded coffee fine of course brazil beans tasting notes are nutty, cocoa and chocolate amazing taste mixed with full fat milk lovely.
The second part of the video if you noticed i draw on the art itself its called etching you can google it online for some amazing etching out there. The art i made on the latte is called rosetta.
I steam the milk target temperature is 45 to 55 celcius i know some barista disagree due to customers preferances of course i always follow what the customer wants even if they want me to burn the milk haha. But generally i do 45 to 55 because i believe it brings out the most sweetness from the milk you can do 50 to 65 as well taste great as well. enjoy the video with lovely music!

True but we can slow down the coffee from cooling down by pre heat the cup we use for it. im using an espresso machine so all the cups on top of the coffee machine is warm and ready its also to prevent the coffee from being cold.
You're right in a busy place we need to make 2 cups of coffee every 2 minutes from pulling the espresso and steam the milk
