Como se han dado cuenta en mi blog me gusta hacer recetas fáciles de café por varias razones, la primera es porque normalmente son para merendar en la tarde. Y la otra razón es que el café me encanta, me encanta inventar con él y hacerlo lo más fácil posible para una sola cosa: disfrutar. Entonces por ello me llamo la atención esta bebida italiana donde básicamente se mezcla el frío y el calor.

Además lo que más me gusta de esta receta es que no se necesitan grandes ingredientes para poder hacerlo ni siquiera herramientas porque ni licuadora necesitamos, me encanto hacerlo de esta manera manual porque se hace sencillo pero delicioso.

¿Qué se necesita?

Una Taza de Agua
3 gr de Café Instantáneo
2 cucharadas de helado de mantecado, en mi caso yo use una tinita de helado.

As you have noticed in my blog I like to make easy coffee recipes for several reasons, the first one is because they are usually for afternoon snacks. And the other reason is that I love coffee, I love to invent with it and make it as easy as possible for only one thing: to enjoy. So that's why this Italian drink, which basically mixes hot and cold, caught my attention.

Besides, what I like the most about this recipe is that you don't need big ingredients to make it, not even tools because we don't even need a blender, I love to make it this way manually because it is simple but delicious.

What do you need?

A cup of water
3 grams of Instant Coffee
2 scoops of ice cream, in my case I used a small ice cream jar.

Paso a Paso:

Lo primero es tomar un vaso y dejar dos cucharadas de helado, entonces lo llevo al congelador para refrigerar mientras se hace el resto del proceso; no estará en el refrigerador por mucho tiempo puesto que el proceso es corto.

Luego tomamos la tasa de agua, la colocamos en una olla y la llevamos a la cocina para que esta hierva; la verdad yo siempre bajo el agua cuando veo que esta burbujeando; seguidamente con mucho cuidado vierto el agua hirviendo en un taza y agrego el café instantáneo que luego diluyo con una cuchara.

Step by Step:.

The first thing is to take a glass and leave two scoops of ice cream, then I take it to the freezer to refrigerate while the rest of the process is done; it will not be in the refrigerator for long since the process is short.

Then we take the cup of water, place it in a pot and take it to the kitchen to boil; the truth is that I always lower the water when I see that it is bubbling; then very carefully pour the boiling water in a cup and add the instant coffee that I then dilute with a spoon.

Llega la parte interesante, nos dirigimos al refrigerador para sacar el vaso con el helado, y entonces con la taza de café nos concentramos porque vamos a ir vertiendo el café lentamente hasta que veamos que el helado se esta derritiendo; me parece interesante porque después que dejas de verter el café literalmente el helado hace como poom y se coloca como una crema arriba.

Para decorar elegí colocar arriba el helado que había quedado en el envase para darle un toque mío.

La verdad es que es una de las recetas más fáciles que he hecho, se ve muy linda; yo no agregue azúcar pero si le falto un poco, quedo un poco amargo pero para mi gusto esta muy bien. Así que dependiendo de su gusto puede agregarle un poquito al café. La verdad también me hubiese gustado colocarle sirope de chocolate pero no se me ocurrió en el momento de crear la idea de la receta.

So depending on your taste you can add a little bit to the coffee.
