Greetings my coffee-loving friends! Today I would like to share with you a moment that I consider a moment of escape and reflection, a special moment between me and my coffee that I often accompany with a dessert. Join me and I will tell you about my experience.
Lately, it is fashionable in coffee shops to serve the cup of coffee of our preference accompanied by small cookies or tiny donuts. This, besides seeming cute to me, seems to me to be a way of thanking the customers and I like it a lot.
I visit several coffee shops, in almost all of them they have this service that they call promotion of serving coffee with cookies. But in case I am not accompanied I like to order oatmeal and chocolate cookies which are my favorite.
Enjoying what I like in a special moment is something I have been taking care of for a long time. Being able to get away by myself, shopping or running errands, but making a moment of at least 40 minutes for myself, to sit and enjoy what makes me happy I think is a reward for myself.
Sometimes I take my pencils and do some of my usual doodling, sometimes I just sit and listen to music. But the times I enjoy the most is when I can reflect and think of solutions to the difficulties of everyday life. It's like coffee inspires me and that makes me feel calm.
In short, I think that a coffee alone is the best option to disconnect from everything, but if that coffee is accompanied by a sweet it is an incredible plus that can become an addictive habit.
