At the stand there were also strong roast coffees but like you I prefer medium roast.
Regarding the weather conditions I am a bit concerned because these vendors put their products in the stand at 8 am and leave at 2 pm. They do this for three continuous days. However the coffee I took home had good sensory attributes.
That’s good. I think as soon as the package is airtight and in “healthy” condition, the climate conditions should not be a concern.
