Excellent Sunday of conversation coffee lovers.

Today I come with my participation in the conversation of the week of our beloved coffee group.

Growing up in a coffee-heavy environment, I think I have developed a certain tolerance to caffeine and its effect on sleep deprivation. I can drink coffee in the evenings without any concern of it affecting my sleep, so in the evenings I always have a cup of coffee and then to my bed to enjoy the world of Morpheus. Haha.

Coffee consumption is not drastically affected between the weekend and ordinary days. I can say that coffee in the early hours of the day cancels out the coffee because I wake up later. Haha.

I hope to continue reading you in the comments.

I wish you all an excellent start of the week with lots of coffee.☕

I am not affected by the coffee schedule from Monday to Friday to the weekend, every day is a coffee day.

If you're full of energy in the morning, then no problem. So far, my mornings are OK after a coffee night or a night coffee, hehe. Specially during Christmas, coffee in the evening happens often 😌

Usually my coffee schedule is the same, one cup in the morning and one in the afternoon. I try not to overdo it with my daily caffeine dose, but if I have a lot of stress I may include an extra cup of coffee to energize my body. If I am very sleepy during the day I have a cup of coffee and it goes away, so I prefer not to drink coffee at night to prevent insomnia.
In the last few days I have tried adding oatmeal to my morning coffee and I like the way it turns out, a delicious brown coffee.

Oh, I've never done this. Have to try it soon! I've had oatmilk creamer in my coffee though, and I liked it.

By the way, insomnia is awful. I have no problems with coffee, but green tea and black tea will probably make me stay awake all night long 🥱 a little sleepy, yet unable to sleep.

In both cases I prefer not to risk staying up all night for no good reason 😃 I prefer to drink coffee during the day ☕.

He won't take the owner away from me

I was just talking to my father a few days ago, he came to visit my house and spent the whole weekend with us. I offered him a coffee after dinner because for my husband and me it is totally normal to have a cup of coffee at any time. His response was: if I drink coffee I can't sleep.

I laughed at this and told him that maybe drinking coffee at night makes you sleepy because for me, on the contrary, it makes me sleep when I am tired.

In fact, yesterday I was working in the afternoon and I felt my eyes closing. My husband brought me a small cup of coffee to wake me up and I ended up sleeping on the keyboard of my computer 🤭.

Coffee makes you sleepier, which is an advantage when you want to have a coffee at night to end the day. I also drink coffee at night and I can sleep without problems.

I leave you a cup of coffee for this sunday.☕

Yay! We are from the all terrain coffee team 🤭🤭🤭

I know many more people that coffee takes away the sleep of those who are like us that it relaxes us and makes us more sleepy. For me coffee is the best at all times, "I LOVE IT ” hahaha....

Very nice!!! I like that you're team cafe around the clock.... Let's go get a coffee ☕☕☕☕☕

I have the same thing as your dad ☕😞, I can't drink coffee from 2 in the afternoon, especially at night 😅

Noted for when I invite you for coffee in the morning 😊👍🏽☕

The distance separates us a little, but nothing is impossible, the moment will come, even if it is virtual, a big hug 🥰🤗

I think it is a matter of getting used to drinking coffee at any time or maybe there are people who are more sensitive to caffeine. I loved that night view :)

Alas, I've lost the ability to work late at night, so if I fall asleep it's while watching TV, but never in front of the computer 😂

Now, as for your father, you must've inherited your coffee talent from your mother, or maybe it skipped a generation and traveled from your grandparents to you 🤔

Hello amazing friends who are always around here in this beautiful Community sharing their day to day with our dear and adored friend "EL CAFË ”.

To continue the conversation after reading the excellent comment from our dear friend @neilamarcano, I can tell you that my coffee schedule does change between weekdays and weekends. From Monday to Friday I wake up early and the first cup of black coffee is at 7am before leaving for school transportation, back home I have another cup of coffee with my breakfast and when I finish breakfast I sit on a piece of furniture to watch TV and pour myself my third cup of morning coffee.

After lunch I do not miss another cup of black coffee and in the afternoon if I like a coffee with milk accompanied by a snack (candy, cake, bread). This is a real ritual for me from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, since I get up later, I only drink black coffee with breakfast and in the afternoons coffee with milk for a snack.

Regarding drinking a cup of coffee at night, I tell you that I can do it any day of the week, because fortunately coffee does not interfere at all in my dreams, I sleep relaxed and happy after tasting it, although it is not usual to do it, when it provokes me or when I am with family or friends and I have the opportunity I drink it and I love it.

My regards, looking forward to reading your comments!☕️😋😉

I am also one of those people who is not affected in the least by drinking coffee at night, in fact I think it makes me sleepier. Haha.

The coffees and food look delicious, I can't eat fried eggs, but I would have a craving for that breakfast😋

I leave you a cup of coffee for this day.☕untitled.gif

Hahaha, I think the same thing happens to me because when I drink coffee at night I sleep like a baby, hahaha. It must be because of how much we adore and love coffee!!!! Thanks for that virtual cup of coffee that you always leave me, I really like that golden one! I need it in my life, hahaha!😃☕️😋

I would like to go back to those times, I miss them 🥹

You made me remember one time, it was after midnight, there was a family funeral, and I was a little sleepy, the family made coffee at that time we watched it and immediately the coffee made me sleepier, and I said this coffee has no caffeine, I fell asleep out of nowhere.... Hahaha...

Thanks for sharing your coffee story....

Hahahaha, you fell asleep faster with that coffee. That happens, there are people who are activated and consume it to stay awake especially to study or do some work at night, I when I need to do something and stay awake late as “CHOCOLATE”, that if activates me and keeps me awake my dear @maleidamarcano, take it into account, do not take more coffee in those cases, hahahahaha .... Thanks to you for commenting. 🙌😃😙

These breakfasts, accompanied by a good coffee, look great. I don't often drink coffee with milk, because of the lactose it makes me sick, the only thing I can tolerate is with coconut milk.

A breakfast without coffee, is like an egg without salt for my taste, haha, sorry you can't drink milk, coffee with milk for me is a delight, although with coconut milk it must be very good, I haven't tried it, soon I will! 🙌👐

I recommend it to you, my friend, the flavor is worth it.

👍😋😋😋😋🤤

Coffee as the best ally of your meals and snacks

Hey, coffee friends!

I hope your weekend was great I wish you a great week ahead 😁

For the last two weeks, I've been in such a hurry that I haven't been able to enjoy my coffee the way I like it, calmly. Just yesterday, when I came back from cleaning the small apartment where I'll live now, I was so tired that I had a glass of wine instead of a cup of coffee, even when I had only had one in the morning. I'm not like that. I always--or almost always--have my coffee when I feel like it, regardless of the day of the week, but a busy day can make me forget it and choose something livelier, hehe, more spirited. My conclusion is that coffee + a stressful day is not my favorite combination. Disappearing coffee in a sip and then "off to work!" is not my thing, but if the day is calm, any day and time is good to enjoy my coffee...
