Art and passion coffee: Barista school, a delight to learn
✨"The coffee was served in three presentations, one in the Arabian style, with the grounds at the bottom of the cup, another brewed and the third in the style of a NASA engineer because they made the coffee in an Aeropress which was the coffee maker invented by Alan Adler in 2005 to be able to make coffee at the temperature he wanted. Coffee Review "La Protectora"
✨"I filled the cup with coffee, without sugar so as not to alter its flavour. Then I drank half of it while it was hot, let it cool down to room temperature, and after about ten minutes I tasted it again. The coffee tasted the same and there was no change in its acidity. In poor-quality coffees, there is a noticeable change in acidity if tasted cold. " @irvinc

✨"My friend Hair opted for a cut coffee, which is his favoritfavouriteook the opportunity to smoke tobacco. He asked me to take pictures of him while he was smoking and the process was a lot of fun, because he would get distracted and then he didn't like the result. In the end, I ended up with a lot of photos of him in my gallery." @claudiocruz

✨"After extracting the coconut water from the referred fruit, we add an amount of this liquid to the hot coffee which was previously made, if you use it with sugar you can add the portion to taste and when drinking this mixture you will verify a coffee with a pleasant flavour." @omarrojas
