A natural coffe, not mix it with any other sustanceđŸ€­â˜•ïž


It turns out that in the area where I live we are used to taking the best of coffees.The one that we collect from the bush and we process ourselves. that's mean we dry it at home, we roast it and grand it manually. Some years ago we used the pylon that I have replaced now by the Miller Machine.👋 Hello coffee lovers. Thank you for creating this wonderful community of #CinnamoncupCoffee where we can participate. As a good Cuban I love coffee. At all times, alone or accompanied, I like to comply with my family with a good sip of black coffee but above all to please myselfđŸ€Ł. So I take any opportunity, just because of a visit or someone wants a coffee sip, that is enough to make it on a Cuban way.

Few days ago, a kind of "coffee" was sold out at cuban shops (a type of market that we have in Cuba) some coffee bags mixed with pea (awful).Thing that none oriental guy (person who lives in the east of Cuba) who respects himself, does drink it. So with all love I envolve myself in the task of preparing the coffee that my family consumes.

It is as simple as it seems because one should be careful for coffee process, to be at the exact point.
Everything counts, the temperature of the pot, the intensity of fire, the exact moment to add sugar and the time to remove it from the heat.

I sincerely enjoy the process in spite of according to the tradition of my ancestors I must take care not drinking cold water or exposing myself to cold air currents.
Nothing like a good cup of coffee with bread or a sip of coffee made at home and celebrated with those you love. Ah, and a very big cup, so that coffee does not end that soon.

CafĂ© puro, no a la mezclađŸ€­â˜•ïž


Resulta que en la zona donde vivo estamos acostumbrados a tomar el mejor de los cafĂ©s. El que recogemos de la planta y nosotros mismos procesamos; o sea que lo secamos en casa, tostamos y molemos manualmente.👋 Hola amantes del cafĂ©. Gracias por crear esta comunidad maravillosa de #Cinamoncupcoffee donde podemos participar. Como buena cubana me encanta el cafĂ©. A toda hora, sola o acompañada, me gusta complacer a mi familia con un buen trago de cafĂ© fuerte pero sobre todo a mĂ­ mismađŸ€Ł. AsĂ­ que aprovecho cualquier oportunidad, sea una visita o que alguien diga que quiere cafĂ©, para colar a lo cubano.

Antes usĂĄbamos el pilĂłn que yo he sustituido por la maquina de moler.
Resulta que recientemente llegó a la bodega( un tipo de mercado que tenemos en Cuba) unas bolsitas de café mezclado con chícharo. Cosa que Oriental (persona que vive en el oriente de Cuba) que se respete, no toma. Así que con todo amor me doy a la tarea de preparar el café que consume mi familia.

No es tan sencillo como parece porque debe uno tener sumo cuidado para que el cafĂ© quede en el punto exacto. Todo cuenta, la temperatura del caldero, la intensidad del fuego, el momento exacto de agregar el azĂșcar y el momento de retirarlo del fuego.

Sinceramente, disfruto mucho del proceso, aunque luego segĂșn la tradiciĂłn de mis ancestros, debo cuidarme de no tomar agua frĂ­a ni exponerme a corrientes de aire frĂ­o.
Nada como una buena taza de café con pan o un trago de café hecho en casa y celebrado con los que mås quieres, ah y una taza bien grande para que no se termine pronto.

I really enjoyed seeing the process you go through to prepare your own coffee. It's all about learning from experience to get to a point where you master the processes.

I loved the mill, it reminded me of the one my mother used to grind.
