Greetings friends of Cinnamon Cup Coffee.
I like to go to a coffee shop and find interesting decorative details, it seems to me that this adds value to the space and speaks of the interests and sensitivities of its owners at the time of undertaking looking for a concept of their own, defined as wanting to leave their mark on the place.
In my city there are few coffee shops that reflect this particularity, most follow the current minimalist trend, creating cozy spaces with lights, with defined details that give sobriety to the place and that in many ways induce the customer to do what they came to do, have a coffee and have a conversation in healthy peace, if you are accompanied and that is your intention, a matter that I also like and enjoy.
There are also details inside the coffee shops that are out of context, they are there, they are part of the decoration, but they are not really designed for the client to connect with the artistic fact that they could represent.
For example, in December I went to an old cafeteria that I had not been to for a long time, the table we chose and the place where I sat was facing a paraban with the image of Marilyn Monroe, behind the paraban are the ladies toilets, that is, instead of having the normal signage they placed this image.
While it is true that the artist may represent an icon of New York, which is the name of the cafeteria, there does not comply, in my opinion, with the seventh art that she symbolizes.
I know of two coffee shops in the city that have centered their decoration on artistic elements that define it quite well in its intention to connect the customer with the art world. The first is the Cafebrería, a name that unites two concepts: coffee and books.
The walls of this coffee shop are full of iconic figures from the world of literature and cinema, it has a space for books, which you can take and have a good time reading, in addition to this they have enabled a space for comedians and speakers who address various topics.
The place is cheerful, its decoration is cozy and you can have a good time alone or accompanied.
The second one focused its decoration on the culture and art of coffee, part of it is the exhibition and sale of coffee pots and a corner dedicated to the task of artisan grinding. As a whole it is a modern coffee shop with a nostalgic touch that makes you feel in two temporary worlds.
There is a cafeteria whose decoration is based on phrases alluding to coffee. It is a coffee shop located inside a hospital area of the city, it is not “chic”, nor is it the place you would choose to go to have a good time.
However, the kind attention of its owner and the phrases that are on the blackboard make the place a cozy space that transmits strength, serenity and understanding, three feelings that are appreciated when you are in those not so good moments that life presents you, it is an art to know how to transmit them.
This is my entry to The Coffee Shop Prompt: Week 100. Congratulations on this high and round number, may it continue to grow!

Three different concepts and styles, each with its own charm. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.
