A few days ago four of us hivers agreed to meet to say hello, talk and have a coffee, the place chosen was a shopping mall that is convenient for the four of us to get there easily. In this mall there is not a cafeteria as such, but on the food floor there is a cart that offers coffee, and on other occasions we have met there.
To our surprise the owners of this cart had enabled an area of the aisle closed with a curtain and behind it there were several coffee tables and a very cozy and comfortable living room set, when we ordered our coffees, they invited us to enter this space and consume there.
It was like entering another place completely away from the ambient coldness of the hallway, it was a cozy space, decorated with the central theme of the month of February, the Day of Love and Friendship, it was really nice change, I like this, that entrepreneurs offer more than you expect and pleasantly surprise you.
While it is true that we still would have had a good time because we met with the same affection as always, personally I like the environments that transmit intimacy and human warmth, being the impersonal cafeterias the ones I like the least.
Another favorite thing I find when I go to a coffee shop has to do with the quality of the coffee and the service they offer. In the coffee shop I am telling you about, I found the coffee to be perfect, a light brown with a good and defined flavor, softened with a creamy milk that gives it strength and consistency, it was very hot, as I like it, to savor it little by little and fully enjoy the time, while it cools down.
I find it disappointing to go to a coffee shop and be given a coffee where you can't perceive the dedication in making it, as who says, they serve it without any delicacy and without taking care of details.
