Hey, my dear coffee friends, here we come back with a new post, this time I bring you a little recipe, a combination a little strange but incredible at the same time, what am I talking about you may wonder. Well my friends today I will show you how to prepare a delicious cold coffee with parboiled banana in just a few minutes; maybe this recipe will seem a little peculiar and unusual; however, it turned out better than I expected, so if you want to find out and learn how to make this preparation I invite you to keep watching this post and learn together.
✓ one cup of black coffee
✓ 2 tablespoons sugar
✓ 1/4 of parboiled banana
✓ ice to taste
✓ half cup of water
Step 1
As a first step, we will take our quarter of banana previously parboiled and we will put it in a blender that we have at hand, then we will pour the half cup or cup of water and we will proceed to blend. After a few minutes, we will take the sugar and the ice to pour them together with the banana and we will blend until the ice is totally crushed and the ingredients are well mixed.
Step 2.
Now, after successfully mixing all our ingredients, we will take a cup or a glass; this to preference of each person and we will serve half cup of our mixture, after serving it we will take the cup of coffee and we will pour the other half of the cup making these two mix very well. Now all that is left to do is to taste our preparation.
And well my friends, it was time to taste this preparation, so I took a small sip of it and I never thought that with just one sip it would make me drink the whole cup at once, the truth is I never expected it to have such a delicious and pleasant flavor; the taste of banana and coffee combine very well and it doesn't taste bad at all. Que tal mis queridos amigos del café, aquí volvemos con un nuevo post, en esta ocasión les traigo una pequeña receta, una combinación un poco extraña pero increible a la vez, de que hablo se preguntarán. Bueno mis amigos hoy les mostraré como preparar un delicioso café frío con platano sancochado en tan solo unos pocos minutos; a lo mejor esta receta les parecerá un poco peculiar e inusual; sin embargo, resultó mejor de lo que esperaba, así que si quieren averiguar y aprender como hacer esta preparación los invito a seguir mirando este post y así aprender juntos.

✓ 2 cucharadas de azúcar
✓ 1/4 de platano sancochado

✓Paso 1
Como primer paso, tomaremos nuestro cuarto de platano previamente sancochado y lo pondremos en una licuadora que tengamos a mano, luego vertiremos la media taza o copa de agua y procederemos a licuar. Pasado unos minutos, tomaremos la azúcar y el hielo para vertirlos junto al platano y licuaremos hasta que el hielo esté totalmente triturado y los ingredientes muy bien mezclados.

Ahora, después de mezclar con éxito todos nuestros ingredientes, tomaremos una taza o una copa; esto a preferencia de cada persona y serviremos media taza de nuestra mezcla, luego de servirla tomaremos la taza de café y vertiremos la otra mitad de la taza haciendo que estos dos se mezclen muy bien. Y listo ahora solo queda probar nuestra preparación.
Y bueno mis amigos, llegó la hora de degustar esta preparación, así que tomé un pequeño sorbo de la misma y nunca pensé que con tan solo un sorbo me haría tomar la copa entera de un golpe, la verdad nunca esperé que tuviera un sabor tan delicioso y agradable; el sabor del platano y el café combinan muy bien y no sabe para nada mal.
