There is a coffee shop that I love, and that is Café Real, in the city of Las Tunas.
What is so special about this coffee shop?
Well, its sober, simple atmosphere. Adorned with soft music, which talks to us without us realizing it is there.
But it is not the only one that talks to us. There is Raúl, the barista. This charismatic gentleman works one day yes and one day no, unfortunately, because those are the best days to go to Café Real.
Raúl knows each of the clients who come to his workplace.
Raúl always greets me with a smile and knows what I like, cappuccino coffee, with lots of cinnamon.
Raúl also knows my children, my husband and knows that I am a guitar teacher at the art school.
We talk a lot. Especially when I go to pay.
I do it because it is the best time to talk, because if I didn't go to the bar to pay, he would never go to talk at my table.
Raúl is a professional.
Over time, we have become friends and since I enter the café, he tells me from the bar a cappuccino with lots of cinnamon and smiles.
And he does the same with my husband, who also likes cappuccino and with my children, who prefer café con leche or café bombón.
That is why Café Real is the coffee shop that I prefer.
It is not only the atmosphere, it is not only because of the excellence of the coffee, it is also because of the exquisite treatment

It is worthless to have the best place (because better places exist)
It would be worthless to have better atmospheres, better incidental music...
None of that would be worth it if there was not someone who made us feel at home.

It is always nice to be treated in this way and to be known for our tastes.
There are so many nice anecdotes to tell.
For example, my oldest son wanted to go out with a girlfriend. I told him to take her to Café Real and order whatever she wanted. I spoke to Raúl and explained the situation. So, whatever my son ordered, he put it on my bill and I paid him later.
Of course, Raúl made him look very good in front of the girl.
Because of things like this, it is my favorite place and barista.

Frequenting a coffee shop and the barista has that delicacy of knowing what you like and the best thing is to make it to your taste. It's definitely the best of all 🥰☕
