Cappuccino
“Small Capuchin” referring to the hood like foam on top, a Cappuccino is one of the most widely consumed coffee beverages worldwide. This team claims their dry cappuccino is close to original, & we have no reason to disbelieve that, what with the airy foam cap atop the drink, the frothy milk & the nuanced yet strong notes of the espresso below it. This didn’t need sugar, because the milk was heated at 60-65 degrees C to preserve the lactose content. So we’re told. So shall we believe.

Cortado
A simpler beverage, made with unaired milk mixed into the espresso shot, historically to reduce the acidity of the caffeine. It’s closer in form & texture to what instantly mixed coffee is, when prepared at home. Richer from the espresso & a general paucity of water, though.

Affogato

An ice cream that’s mixed with espresso. A simple concept, & one that leads to a bitter-sweet, creamy treat with loads of sweet vanilla & strong caffeine intermittently unless whisked that well. Nobody usually does that. Viva la affogato.

I think the Cortado is becoming more and more popular, something I've never tried personally, but great to hear what the difference is about it.
