My husband and I lead a coffee brand in our city, we roast, package and distribute coffee beans for cafes, restaurants and retail sales.

We are delighted with this work since it allows us to reach many places and make many hearts happy (laughs)
.
Today I share with you part of my work activity where I have had to select the new batch of roasted coffee, I use a sieve where we can see the little holes there, the coffee is placed and moved from a circular pot so that the defects or coffee beans that do not have the ideal size can come out and become a quaker type coffee or with a defect.
It is a very meticulous and careful job. Since the coffee shops in the area pay a good price for the specialty coffee that I will tell you about later.

Me he animado hoy a publicar en esta encantadora comunidad y que mejor manera que hablando de lo que todos nos apasiona y nos une " Amor por el café" y es que sin duda alguna siempre tendremos un motivo para contar con su compañía.

Mi esposo y yo liderizamos una marca de café en nuestra ciudad, tostamos, empaquetamos y distribuimos café en granos para cafeterías, restaurantes y ventas al detal.

Estamos encantados con este trabajo ya que nos permite llegar a muchos lugares y hacer feliz a muchos corazones ( risas)

Hoy les comparto parte de mi actividad de trabajo en donde me ha tocado seleccionar el nuevo lote de café tostado, utilizo una zaranda en donde podemos apreciar los huequitos allí se coloca en café y se mueve de maceta circular para que los defectos o granos de café que no tengan el tamaño ideal puedan salir y pasarían a ser un café tipo quaker o con defecto.

Es un trabajo muy minucioso y con esmero que se realiza. Ya que las cafeterías de la zona pagan un buen precio por el café de especialidad que ya luego les iré contando.

Wow it's amazing to have lying in the floor all coffee seeds the aroma is fantastic, I experience this when I was young in my hometown in Philippines at Davao, I remember we have plantation of coffee trees and cocoa trees when we want to have Choco or Coffee we just get from the trees and dry it the afternoon sun then my grandma will cook prepare it. then the next morning the older will have coffee and we as a child those days will take hot Choco.
How interesting, my friend, each country and nation has its special places and without a doubt the land where we produce coffee will always be appreciated.
How nice that your husband and you are leaders of a coffee brand which manages to distribute to many coffee shops, no doubt the preparation process sounds interesting and those coffee beans look very gourmet and I can imagine the delicious flavor that must have that coffee, greetings.
Yes, my friend, thank you. It is totally an adventure. Without a doubt, these beans have tasting notes of chocolate, cookies and nuts, a bomb of flavors on the palate.
