See the valley of lights in Da Lat City with Nhà Đèn Coffee

in Cinnamon Cup Coffee3 years ago

Hello, Cinnamon Cup Coffee!
How are you today? I wish you a very happy day and a very good day.
Today I will continue to introduce you to an interesting place that is probably a "specialty" in Da Lat city, Vietnam, it is a place to see the valley of lights in the beautiful evening. Of course, it is called the valley of lights, because Da Lat is a place with hilly terrain, and at the foot of the mountains are large valleys. Below that people will make a greenhouse model grow flowers or strawberries inside. The greenhouse is enclosed by a transparent frame and covering material to help take light from the outside, and not affected by wind, rain, or insect infestation... which helps the plants thrive, and this model is learned from developed countries in the West. Because this greenhouse is transparent when the lights are lit at night inside, and when you stand on the top looking down, you will see a valley with bright lights. It's a very wonderful sight that when you come to Da Lat you have to witness with your own eyes at least once, and it also becomes a typical "specialty" that only Dalat can have.

In Da Lat, there are many places to see such a valley, and today I would like to introduce you to the place where I came here to see the valley, which is called the Nhà bĐèn. This place is about 6km from the center of Da Lat city, from the center of the city, you will follow the direction of
QL20 towards Trai Mat, then go to the roundabout of Trai Mat, you will turn into Huynh Tan Phat street, next you go up to the slope on the left and arrive. You can find it on Google Maps with the name Nhà bĐèn, or Dốc Sương Mù Đà Lạt ( Da Lat Slope of Fog), it will point to the right place that I recommend this place. This is the slope next to a valley, from which you can get the most perfect view of the valley. Besides the slope, there are many luxury coffee shops, but we chose for ourselves a sidewalk coffee shop located along the misty slope, this is also an option for many young people like us, just sitting outdoors in the fresh air, but the price is very cheap compared to going inside a luxury coffee shop. We ordered 2 portions of hot cocoa for VND 12,000/ glass, and 2 baked cakes for VND 15,000/ piece.

Guests here are very crowded, seated along the sidewalk, if you are late you will not get a good seat. We got here around 5: 00 p.m., which is when the sun started to set in the west. Around 5: 20 p.m the sky started to turn red at the end of the horizon, and it was getting dark, and the lights in the valley started to light up. There were caged houses near where we sat without lights, so I asked the innkeeper and she was told that inside the caged houses, the houses that had not harvested flowers or strawberries inside would turn on the lights, and the houses that had already harvested would turn off the lights. The darker it gets, the colder it gets, so remember to bring your warm clothes so you don't get cold.

And here are the pictures I took, and I took a look at the light valley with this interesting place. If you have a chance to come to the beautiful city of Da Lat in my country, try once to come here to admire the beauty of the valley of lights, watch the sunset fall and enjoy the fresh air of this place.
Thank you for following my post, have a nice day! 😊

Thank you. In addition to luxurious or beautiful coffee shops, sidewalk cafes are also very popular in Vietnam, and I think sidewalk coffee is also an interesting experience when coming here. Hope to see you soon in Vietnam 🥰
