On New Year's Eve, friends get together to reminisce about old memories and dream about the future. They start the whole conversation with a nice coffee. So I met my friend from university, whom I consider my sister, and we started our conversation over a nice Caffee Latte. When we get together we always want to drink Latte, I think Caffee Latte is the best coffee to chat :) We also ordered dessert and wanted to talk about dessert. We ordered maybe the most beautiful dessert in the cafe to the table. It might be the best dessert to go with coffee.

MALAGA DESSERT

The appearance of the delicious malaga dessert enchanted our hearts and the taste enchanted our stomachs. The harmony between the chocolate on top of the banana and the cream on the cake at the bottom was exquisite. This is how it looked inside.

This is how our lattes were served. In big glass cups, the patterns on the milk foam were not very clear, but we liked the taste.

If you ask, "Where were you?" We were in a patisserie cafe-like place called Backhaus. I saw this name for the first time. We were going to go to Starbucks first, but in order not to be disturbed by the noise of the environment and that our conversation would take a long time, we visited all the cafes in the shopping mall we were in, we went in and out of some of them, and finally we decided to sit in Backhaus, which was the second place we looked at. Our conversation lasted from 15:00 to 18:30. We focused on the things we've been going through lately and when we left we were both relieved. The conversation was good for both of us.

Yılbaşında dostlar biraraya gelir eski anıları anar gelecek hayalleri kurarlar. Tüm sohbete güzel bir kahveyle başlarlar. Ben de kız kardeşim yerine koyduğum, üniversiteden arkadaşımla buluştum ve güzel birer Caffee Latte eşliğinde başladı sohbetimiz. Bir araya geldiğimizde hep Latte içmek istiyoruz sanırım sohbet etmek için içilen iyi kahve Caffee Latte :) Tatlı da sipariş edip tatlı konuşmak istedik. Kafede bulunan belki de en güzel tatlıyı masaya sipariş ettik. Kahvenin yanına en çok yakışan tatlı olabilir.

MALAGA TATLISI

Lezzetli malaga tatlısının görünümü kalbimizi, tadı midemizi mest etti. İçindeki muzun üstündeki çikolata ve en alttaki kekin üzerindeki kremayla birlikte uyumu enfesti. İçinin görünümü de böyleydi.

İşte Latte'lerimiz de bu şekilde servis edildi. Büyük cam fincanlarda, süt köpüğünün üzerindeki desenler çok net yapılmamıştı ama tadını beğendik.

"Neredeydiniz?" diye soracak olursanız eğer. Backhaus adındaki bir pastane kafe benzeri bir yerdeydik. İlk defa bu ismi gördüm. İlk önce Starbucks'a gidecektik ama sohbetimizin uzun süreceğini ve çevrenin gürültüsünden rahatsız olmamak için, bulunduğumuz AVM'deki tüm kafeleri gezdik bazılarına girip çıktık sonunda ikinci baktığımız Backhaus'a oturmaya karar verdik. Saat 15:00'dan 18.30'a kadar sohbetimiz sürdü. Son zamanlarda yaşadığımız şeylere odaklandık genelde ve beraber oradan ayrıldığımızda ikimizde rahatlamıştık. Sohbet ikimize de iyi gelmişti.
