At home we can also enjoy exquisite coffee. Today I feel like a Cappuccino coffee, I have invented my own recipe to achieve the delight of the flavor and exquisite texture. It is an Italian, universal recipe and I adapt it to my possibilities. 
My Cappuccino coffee is with hand-roasted coffee, condensed milk and cinnamon, I will not use sugar because the milk contains the necessary sugar, I like semi-sweet and very hot coffee.

Café con canela, el despertar
Quiero celebrar este año que comienza con mis amigos de @cinnamoncupcoffee que tan hermosa acogida me han brindado en días pasados.
Soy amante del café a todas horas, es una bebida que acompaña mis escrituras y disipa todo tipo de soledad.
La soledad es un estado del alma y ella no tiene espacio en mi, por ello me reinvento y de la misma manera que disfruto compartir y agazajar a mi familia y amigos, dedico tiempo y detalles que disfruto en mi pequeño hogar.
Es hermoso degustar un café en espacios maravillosos acompañados del bullicio y muchos soñamos con volver o conocer los glamurosos cafés de Paris.

En el hogar también podemos disfrutar un exquisito café. Hoy me apetece un café Capuchino, me he inventado mi propia receta para lograr la delicia del sabor y la exquisita textura.
Es una receta italiana, universal y la adapto a mis posibilidades.
Mi café Capuchino es con café tostado a mano, leche condensada y canela, no usaré azúcar porque la leche contiene la necesaria, me gusta el café semidulce y bien caliente.
Colé el café en mi cafetera preferida, antes puse en la tasa un cucharada de leche condensada, agregué el primer sorbo fuerte y con el batidor de mano logré la espuma.
Puse el resto del café, canela en polvo y lo deleito mientras les cuento algo más sobre el café.
Muchos cuentan que el café los mantiene despiertos, quizás es un efecto psíquico o simplemente es un químico que actúa en nuestras células, lo cierto es que aporta energías y vitalidad.
Otros manifiestan que beber café después de las 3 de la tarde les causa insomnio a muchos, lo consumo pasadas las 8 de la noche e igual duermo plácidamente.
