San Domingo Coffee
There is no better combination for a snack than a good coffee accompanied by some delicious cookies, since this is a formula that, as incredible as it may seem, manages to reactivate us in the middle of an afternoon where the energy begins to decrease dizzily, sleep dominates us and the desire to leave all the half in control of our body. But to avoid all this it is necessary to make a break and inject our body with a good dose of flavor and energy, this time my father had bought a new brand of coffee, which I had seen before on some shelves, but I had never dared to try it, its packaging stands out for an interesting golden color, which is capable of attracting attention from great distances.
Every time I go to try a new coffee I like to follow to the letter the recommendations given by the manufacturer for its preparation, since this allows me to taste the flavor in a better way and it is from that first encounter when I define which are the combinations that are much more similar to the taste of my word.
I prepared my delicious coffee in an electric coffee maker, following the recommendations given I put a spoonful of coffee for each cup of water, in this opportunity I was going to serve four portions, therefore, the measure indicated above would be multiplied by this amount, in order to get that flavor and aroma that Industrial AGC 2019 C.A. recommends.
From the first moment I could realize that this coffee arrives to our table with a medium grind texture, the packaging indicates that it is a 100% Arabica coffee beans product and when it begins to be brewed it gives us an exquisite aroma, which precedes a really incredible flavor, Since it is a combination of elements that results in a coffee with a smooth taste, excellent texture and tremendously balanced sensations, which are ideal for a palate like mine, which does not like robustness, but appreciates delicate flavors and light notes.
I was really very happy with my huge cup of coffee, which I accompanied with a few soda cookies, I managed to recharge the lost energy, recovered my spirits and went ahead, making the most of a day that has been full of activities, problems to solve and situations to which you have to pay close attention. I've seen some interesting coffee brands around these parts lately and I think I'm going to look for some of these to try and see how they taste.
