Have you ever tried 3 coffee menus at one time? I think this can be said to be crazy. As a coffee lover, even every day I can enjoy 3 shots of espresso from morning to evening, however, this is in a weirder and crazier version.
Yesterday, my wife and I enjoyed our afternoon with 3 cups of coffee menu at one of our favorite places, I even became a member there to get a fairly large discount price. This is the fourth time we have been there and enjoyed coffee with a few snacks. Not because this place has interesting architecture or a cool cafe atmosphere, but because of the coffee menu here. Quite complete and varied, considering this cafe was just launched 1 month ago.
Why do I say they are very confident with their many coffee menus? Because of the extraordinary expertise of the cafe owner who is not in a hurry or FOMO because he follows the trend. They actually already have another cafe before this, but, for the launch of the second cafe it took quite a long time. They prepared it carefully and finally praised by many people.
This time we came here, we both wanted to relax and really wanted to try some variations of drinks that we had never tried here. Initially, there were only 2 menus, but because of miscommunication, we accidentally ordered 3 menus. It's okay, because that's also part of the unique story today.
I ordered v60, chai latte and oat latte. All three provided an interesting experience in our afternoon that day. Especially the v60 and chai latte menus which were the first time we tried them. Not because I've never tried v60 but because of my curiosity about the roast beans from Ijen.
Ijen is famous for its coffee beans which are said to have the best quality, especially if they are obtained from native coffee farmers from Ijen. Ijen is famous for its mountains, but the area is known for the Ijen crater which is one of the natural tourist destinations with the best crater view on the island of Java.
The taste of the coffee is smooth, especially for the first time it is tasted on the tongue. It tastes sweet like tropical fruits. It is written on a piece of paper about the beans from Ijen from mango, strawberry, pineapple, floral and cocoa. No wonder the aftertaste is a little bitter, because there is a hint of cocoa. That's what makes this coffee feel so refreshing to me.
However, it's not just because of the sweet taste and slightly bitter aftertaste. The only thing I like is the pleasant aroma! I feel like drinking artisan tea, because the fruity and floral aroma of the coffee beans is so fragrant.
Of course, I will also really like this second menu. CHAI LATTE. At first I just thought that this was like chai tea from the Middle East, we know that it is tea. But, there is a latte version at Tentrm. What a wonderful experience! My wife really likes this, she is a Chai tea lover, plus latte and one shot espresso, she said that was the only thing that made her always make Tentrm coffee the best place to drink coffee in this city.
I can express a little that this chai latte is indeed a little sweet, I forgot to say that it was made with less sugar. Sweet enough for those who don't like sweet lattes, but, if you want to enjoy something different, this is a recommendation so that even though it's different you won't regret it. Sometimes, something different can be disappointing, but, Chai latte Tentrm is NOT.
It's not just about coffee, but other menus in the form of fried foods are also really worth trying. Food to accompany drinking coffee, local snacks that I never skip to buy again and again.

Hats off to you and your wife, hehe. I've only had two coffees in one single visit to a cafe. I think it's great to be able to become a member of your favorite cafe and get discounts; in my city there's nothing like it.
