Hold up! Before, we talked about Locally Recommended Signature Bottled White Brew. Let's talk about the difference between the popular and trending drinks out there that everyone has on different social media platforms; the Cold Brew, Cold White Brew, and Nitro Cold Brew.

Cold brew is a type of brewing style that lets the ground coffee steep with filtered water for more than 12 hours. Usually it will take 12-18 hours for ambient temperature and 14-24 hours if chilled inside the fridge. Second is the cold "white brew" Another variant of cold brew made with the same process but added with sweetener or just milk or creamer. Resulting to creamy and full bodied drink. This drink is the most popular among coffee shops around Cebu.

Disclaimer: Photo above is not the actual nitro cold brew

Next is the Nitro cold brew, It is also made with the same process but infused with nitrogen, A natural gas that makes up the majority of the earth's atmosphere. The ready made cold brew will be transfer to a keg and then up to the Kegerators (machine) then the amber-colored coffee falls down the edge of the glass as it comes out of the tap. The nitrogen bursting out of the cold brew is represented by the little bubbles rising to the top. Resulting to a smooth and creamy feeling finish. With lots of healthy benefits that you will receive. Usually this drink can be found at Starbucks and many other specialty coffee shops.

Cold White Brew of The Good Cup Coffee Co. & Dirty Puma Coffee Co.

And finally! The last but not the least, A Specialty Cold White Brew bottled drink. I call this a specialty bottled drink because the coffee beans used were carefully analyzed by the coffee farmers, Q-graders, the roastery, the barista, and the consumers to create this amazing type of cold brew. A medium to light-bodied coffee. same process as how to make a cold brew plus signature mixture of milk and extra extra extra additional of knowledge, experience, passion and love. A great introduction for you who likes to try specialty-grade coffee and does not need of any sugar/syrups on the side.

So which one is your preferred cold brew drink? Comment down below, I wanna hear your thoughts as well. 😊

Hello @jalabrado,
I am very fascinated by all these similar brews and the different methods and the best kinds of coffee for making them.
It's seldom that I try cold brews, but they are ideal for tropical and warmer weather.
I agree, it's very important to support local dealers and small businesses, especially during these times.
Thanks for stopping by:)
