I enjoyed reading this post, and I like me a good cup (or 3) in the morning. I used to drink it at all hours, but cut back immensely.

thanks for the visit! and i remember too that you both cut back on coffee and having apples instead.. I'm still not successful on cutting back my coffee but a small improvement is still improvement right? I'm only having 2 coffee now.. one in the morning and one after lunch :)
