It was our last morning in Havana and we decided that there was no better way to finish our stay than with a good coffee. The weather was perfect for it, a little cold and cloudy. Walking through Havana Vieja we bumped into Café del Ángel, a wonderful cafe that is in front of a church in a quiet neighborhood, we loved it since we saw it, so we sat outside to enjoy the views.
My girlfriend ordered a double expresso with milk and i asked for a capuchino in addition to a passion fruit dessert for her and empanadas for me.
The coffee was great and the empanadas were also really good, i didn't liked my girlfriend's dessert so much but she loved it, the waiter was very nice and told us things about the church and the neighborhood. You could feel the peace in the air, for moments I felt like i was in France, they also had croissants in the menu but we didn't order it.
I'm really glad we found this place, i highly recommend it, especially if you go in a romantic plan. We spent almost the whole morning there talking and enjoying the place and the coffee, It was the perfect end for our holidays. When we left we walked around a bit and then we went to pick ours suitcases to go back home. I treasure in my heart the memory of this day and the good time i had. We'll surely return to Café del Ángel.

The architecture of the place is very pretty, it gives an air of the past and bohemian, it is perfect to have a date and share with the person you love the most. The empanadas look very delicious along with the coffee.
