The day has come!. If there is someone who can't write his daily posts for Hive without his cup of coffee, that's me, but strangely I've never posted in the most popular coffee shop in the blockchain, the Cinnamon Cup Coffee ☕ So I'm going to start by sharing to everyone my favorite place of the moment to have coffee with my fellow chorale members after finishing our rehearsals, a wonderful place called Coffee Rolls in the Sambil La Candelaria Mall in downtown Caracas, and now I tell you why it is so special...
This is not your typical cafeteria where the tables are under umbrellas at the entrance, but neither is it a restaurant or pastry shop. They do specialize in cinnamon rolls, but the variety of coffee and caffeinated beverages is numerous and they offer it in a very elegant, modern and most importantly, very comfortable place. In fact when I am here I feel at home, if I come with my wife I usually sit with her in the area you can see in the picture above left, overlooking the avenue, some nice buildings and the imposing mountain of northern Caracas.
Usually in shopping malls there is a lot of noise, but Coffee Rolls offers a pleasant atmosphere, with good treatment and that somehow fights the noise of the rest of the stores, although it is open. Maybe because it is so big and because of the nice jazz music in the background it provides a unique experience. Many guys come here to work with their laptops, I have not been in need and I come just for the pleasure of trying my usual Vanilla Latte, my favorite here.
Some of my colleagues have ordered sweets, but strangely I never have. This last visit was on purpose because I'm trying to cut out sugar, but I indulged in my Latte on that occasion, black coffee I prefer to drink at home when I get the sun in the morning or when I'm writing for my blog. It's actually funny, I've been drinking my coffee without sugar for a couple of weeks now and I've finally adapted, it's impressive that I've missed that natural taste for years; my wife says I'm already approaching old age for making that decision to drink coffee without sugar 😅 makes me laugh, but I'm proud of it, that's why she will always be the ideal girl to accompany me to my adventures looking for the best coffees in Caracas.
If you are in this city and you want a comfortable and elegant place downtown, you have to come to Coffee Rolls, I recommend it with my eyes closed, maybe you will be lucky enough to have the presence of some of the singers of the choir, and we have already sung happy birthday to each other and we have even given a couple of serenades here... Without a doubt, it's a very elegant and comfortable place to spend time alone or with friends. Everything is carefully designed to ensure guests have a good experience and want to return. I really liked the armchairs, you don't see much, it's like sitting and letting time pass without rushing.

That's such an elegant coffee shop. There's something that makes you want to work from there, maybe it's the homely colour scheme or the furnishings, I'm not sure.
