Seboruco coffee, flavor and memory.

A loving greeting to all my Hive friends, especially to coffee lovers. This time I come to tell you about a delicious coffee that arrived on the shelves of my trusted store: Seboruco coffee. I was very excited to see this name on the packaging, since Seboruco is a town in the páramo of the state of Táchira, where I worked for 4 years. In Venezuela there are two regions that produce the best coffee in the country, the Llanera region and the Andean region. And the moors of Táchira state are characterized by a delicious flavor.

The other reason for my excitement, is that for years, the shelves of my community have been full of coffee produced in Colombia, this due to the strong crisis and the fact that the state of Táchira shares a border with Colombia. But now several national and regional brands are again offered, and among them is this exquisite coffee from my beloved Seboruco.

When I saw the brand on the shelf, my heart was filled with emotion. Seboruco is a town that has a very special meaning for me and being able to enjoy its coffee is a real treat for my senses. Without hesitation, I bought a package and, upon taking it home, the aroma it exhaled was simply intoxicating.

With the first cup, I was transported on a journey back in time. The unique flavor and distinctive character of this Andean coffee reminded me why it is considered one of the best in the country. Not only is it delicious, but it also holds a historical memory and the love of the people who cultivate it. I feel fortunate, since in Seboruco I had one of the most important moments of my professional life and I did this while drinking its coffee and sharing with its people.

Each cup of Seboruco coffee is a tribute to the tradition and effort of the communities of the Andean region, who work with passion every day to offer us a unique product full of flavor. I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy this treasure in every sip. And of course, I am very happy to taste that the industry and national production is gaining strength again and that the magic that encloses this little jewel of the Andean land, will soon reach other parts of the country.

It makes me specially happy that you can try this coffee you missed so much. I remember feeling just as you did when I saw Anzoátegui coffee on the shelves again (about 5-6 years ago).

Enjoy that Seboruco! See you around ☕️

Thank you for such a beautiful comment, I have really enjoyed tasting it and knowing that I can get it in my community. Greetings

Thank you for visiting and commenting, it is a delicious coffee and I am proud that it is from my region. Greetings

Love the final result. I can't imagine the happiness I would feel if I saw the name of a town I hold dear to my heart in a coffee bag as well. It's like combining two things you love into one. Amazing!

Thank you for such a beautiful comment, I love seeing the diversity of coffees on the shelves of my community and I am super proud of those in my region. Greetings
