I live in one of the largest coffee growing areas of Colombia, since I can remember coffee is the most important thing in our day to day, I developed such a passion for coffee that at the young age of 18 years and after so much mixing, I made an infusion that undoubtedly would take our people to the top, everyone had already tried it, with that energy drink I could fulfill my dream and buy this ranch where I live with my family, because so far we have nothing of our own.
On the recommendation of some friends I decided to go to the city and take samples of the infusion and a written document with each of the components and its process. When I was already in the city I went to the big coffee company, the most recognized both nationally and internationally. There I was attended by a very kind secretary who after listening to my proposal asked me to wait for the director to leave because he was attending some company matters related to advertising, I with my nerves on edge I went to a beautiful room where a very comfortable chair, there was a table full of magazines that would make the moment pleasant.

A few minutes later, a very eloquent young man arrived, apparently he was famous because since he arrived all the staff of the company where he passed greeted him with great enthusiasm and I even observed how some asked to take pictures with him, to my surprise he also had to wait to be served, I guess he brought a proposal because he also had a folder similar to mine. He really was a bold man and had charisma, we talked for a long time about what I had planned to do and why I was there, after waiting a long time they called him first, I had to wait much longer.
After half an hour, the kind lady who had attended me told me that the director would not attend to anyone else that day, she asked me for a number to contact me and that they would call me back. Surely my face showed how disappointed I was, I took my folder and went for a walk to think for a while.

I needed to sell that formula, my family was counting on it. While I was walking I heard how some people were talking about social networks and one wondered if they had heard the news that the most important coffee company and the most important influencer in the city to promote a new drink with a very particular base, just the ingredient of my recipe, But as every influencer who wants to be the news of the moment and be the first to give it did not wait for the design of the drink to be patented, when I saw who that person was I understood everything, and quickly checked my folder, it turns out that I had changed it and it turned out that the influencer was the brother of the director of the company.
For me it was hard to believe that a person was that bad, in my town we all supported each other, I went to the company and tried to enter but there was a picture of me that had the security where it specified that I was forbidden to enter. I had to think fast, they had stolen my invention. I walked aimlessly for a long time until I saw in front of me a sign that said "television channel", it was at that moment that it occurred to me to go in and report what had happened to me. They quickly did a live interview where I denounced that big company and clearly stated the name of the person who had stolen my idea and social networks began to fill with news.

The station's phones were ringing off the hook, and among the calls came one from the directors of the company I denounced, demanding proof that I was the one who invented the infusion. I asked them for a few hours to get what I needed and I went to the company where they were waiting for me, I made the infusion without the help of my notes, everything was in my mind. The partners had already paid a huge sum of money to that man for the invention and had even given him more shares in the company. Everyone was disappointed.
They called the police and sent them to resolve things with the courts, he failed to patent the infusion, so the board of directors forced him to sign a document where he said that all his shares would automatically pass into my name and that he would make a transfer to my account, for the amount that was given to him by the company for the infusion. Although the company was not responsible for the theft, it publicly clarified what had happened and I had to tell the cameras that everything had been solved.

But the worst part was taken by the influencer, after the truth was known, new news began to come out revealing that his life was empty and full of lies, it was just a screen, it was not a revenge but he got what he deserved, he reaped what he sowed and that charismatic and kind man was really a sham.
I was able to fulfill my dream of giving my family a home, in the town we are doing everything possible to help other people to fulfill their dream, giving them well paid jobs, thanks to the money I earned for the invention and that I am a partner in the big company I can do a lot for my town and I only have to go once a month to the city to approve new projects.
