Yeah I like a hearty breakfast as well. Canada does big breakfasts so I'm used to them. Though they aren't as big as a full English in the UK haha.
Yeah artificial fruit juices are just sugar and other crap. Orange juice especially has a weird chemical in it. It's not possible for a brand to make a consistent tasting product year after year with fruits that change flavor depending on the season and harvest. Thats were additives come in. Fresh squeezed tastes a little different everytime you get it even if the oranges are the same. Sometimes its sweeter and sometimes it's more tart just like when you buy any piece of fruit from the store. So the fact that products like Tropicana or Minute Maid always taste the same really tells you something.
Omlettes are a bit weird in France. Often there is nothing in them. They're basically just a fried egg haha. So it wasn't like an English omlette with stuff in it. I'm not sure why they call it an omlette really.
That's a really good point. I was never big on buying juices, so you have put me off even more haha!
Oh, I'm disappointed to hear that about the omelettes, but not really that surprised, I guess.
I will head down to the supermarket a little later and get some mushrooms to make an omelette or something 😋
