Feliz año nuevo y feliz dĂa de reyes a esta linda comunidad donde todos son amantes del cafĂ©. Estaba un poco desaparecida de Hive por motivos medio familiares pero ya estoy de vuelta con los Post. En estos dĂa tuvimos una nueva adquisiciĂłn en nuestro hogar, el dĂa del cumpleaños de mi mamĂĄ decidĂ regalarle una Cafetera, la cual me costĂł unos 30$ y que es muy linda, en color blanco. La cafetera nos cae perfecto porque en mi casa hacemos mucho cafĂ© y no tenemos gas todo el tiempo para hervir agua y hacerlo de la forma que estamos acostumbrados, asĂ que para seguir con nuestro vicio estaremos practicando con la cafetera.
Happy new year and happy kings day to this nice community where everyone is a coffee lover. I was a bit missing from Hive for family reasons but I am back with the Posts. These days we had a new acquisition in our home, the day of my mom's birthday I decided to give her a coffee maker, which cost me about 30$ and it is very nice, in white color. The coffee maker is perfect for us because in my house we make a lot of coffee and we don't have gas all the time to boil water and make it the way we are used to, so to continue with our vice we will be practicing with the coffee maker.
Para comenzar con el cafĂ© de hoy estuve utilizando nuestro favorito, el cafĂ© Venezuela, un poco de agua, azĂșcar y obviamente la cafetera. Las galletas que me acompañan son unas rellenas de chocolate.
To start with today's coffee I was using our favorite, the Venezuelan coffee, a little water, sugar and obviously the coffee maker. The cookies that accompany me are filled with chocolate.
Les confieso que esta es mi primera vez haciendo el café de esta manera, asà que estoy experimentando un poco. Comencé sacando el filtro y colocando el café, añadà 6 cucharadas pequeñas, para que tuviera un sabor un poco diferente coloque dos cucharadas pequeñas de cacao en polvo y lleve el filtro a su lugar. Luego tome la jarra y le coloque agua hasta donde marco las 6 tazas, el agua la coloque en su lugar y encendà la cafetera.
I confess that this is my first time making coffee this way, so I am experimenting a little bit. I started by taking out the filter and placing the coffee in it, I added 6 small spoonfuls, to make it taste a little different I added two small spoonfuls of cocoa powder and took the filter back to its place. Then I took the decanter and put water in it up to where I marked the 6 cups, I put the water in its place and turned on the coffee pot.
Espere unos 5 minutos aproximadamente cuando escuche que empezaba a sonar, el agua ya estaba caliente y subĂa por el tubo que esta dentro de la cafetera hasta llegar al filtro donde estĂĄ el cafĂ© en polvo, de ahĂ baja hacia la jarra donde espere que terminara por completo de bajar todo el cafĂ© para proceder a endulzarlo. Luego fui a destapar las galletas las cuales donde la marca Eldenele - Mozaik Pasta, estas me las regalaron en Diciembre.
I waited about 5 minutes approximately when I heard it start to sound, the water was already hot and was going up through the tube that is inside the coffee pot until it reached the filter where the coffee powder is, from there it goes down to the decanter where I waited for it to finish completely lowering all the coffee in order to proceed to sweeten it. Then I went to uncover the cookies which are of the Eldenele - Mozaik Pasta brand, these were given to me as a gift in December.
Para finalizar coloque las galletas en un plato y me sentĂ© con mi taza de cafĂ© a disfrutar, debo agradecer a @jineska por regalarme estas galletas y que especĂficamente me dijo que eran para comer con cafĂ©. Mi primer cafĂ© en la cafetera me quedo puro, como a mi me gusta, perfecto para tomar al despertar o en la tarde para activar el cuerpo, ya tocaba una bebida caliente porque Ășltimamente habĂa experimentado con los cafĂ©s frĂos. To finish I put the cookies on a plate and sat down with my cup of coffee to enjoy, I must thank @jineska for giving me these cookies and that specifically told me that they were to eat with coffee. My first coffee in the pot was pure, as I like it, perfect to drink when I wake up or in the afternoon to activate the body, I was ready for a hot drink because lately I had been experimenting with cold coffees. Coffee brewed in a pot compared to instant and many other coffee's is a lot nicer indeed.
