For me coffee has not only been a special flavor, it is in itself an experience, a memory, nostalgia and a beginning. It is an experience because it activates my senses, and although I consume it frequently it does not inhibit my sleep, it operates in me as a sedative. It is the memory and nostalgia of my childhood days in my childhood snacks and the memory of spending time with my family while chatting in the afternoons with some candy. It is also a beginning, it is what activates me in the mornings and what makes me start the day in a good mood.

I have always felt coffee as part of my life, it always brings a familiar moment to my mind and makes me feel at ease every time I drink it. That's why as I said before I decided to make it part of my baking project, combining it with my sweets and pancakes, as part of my sales proposal and of course represented in the photographs.
Recently I started a business program that allows me to enhance my capabilities for my business, and I was evaluated by a jury that analyzed my proposal, I was very happy that my idea of associating coffee and sweets to a family memory and a projection of a moment of well-being was well received, they told me to enhance the link between the consumption of my desserts with coffee, there was nothing more homely and familiar than the pleasure of accompanying that dessert with a good coffee!
