Coffee is one of my most marked passions, one of my favorite hobbies, is to taste coffee, and to know much more about it, I am aware that there are many things that can influence a good cup of coffee, for this trip in the coffee world, I tried a coffee shop of selected grains, with a great variety, excellent to try different methods of preparation, Above all because each experience is different, each method gives you something different in each one of its preparations, that could vary, according to the temperature, method, time, and more, that is the complexity of coffee, that you can play with each one of the methods but following the instructions correctly, because that is also what it is about, not to let it pass or over extract.
For this experience I decided to try a quemex method, which gives me an extraction experience using paper to filter the coffee, where the natural oils are not compromised with the paper but at the same time gives us a cleaner filtrate, a coffee lover tip to know if a coffee is very good in category, we should know that the extracted coffee is not, or should not be black in color as for a long time we believed it was, including myself, it should be of a light brown color, in that way we know that the coffee was well selected, roasted and ground to be taken to our cup, the subject is much more extensive than what we believe it to be, there are many conditions in which our beans can be presented before becoming a good cup of coffee.
My visit to the cafeteria San Alberto, a coffee that has been exclusively grown in the Hacienda San Alberto, this place also offers comfort to enjoy an excellent coffee and a space to concentrate on your things, eat a delicious dessert, work from the place, its location is subway, so the windows are located with a view up, the truth is very cool the place and especially the coffee, and I can not pass up the excellent service by the employees who make this whole experience possible.
A place that I will definitely visit again and of course I recommend it.

El café es una de mis pasiones mas marcadas, uno de mis hobbies favoritos, es catar café, y conocer mucho mas al respecto, estoy en consciencia de que hay muchas cosas que pueden influir en una buena taza de café, para este viaje en el mundo cafetero, probe una cafeteria de granos selectos, con una gran variedad, excelente para probar diferentes métodos de preparación, sobre todo porque cada experiencia es diferente, cada método te regala algo diferente en cada una de sus preparaciones, eso podría variar, de acuerdo a la temperatura, método, tiempo, y mas, eso es lo complejo del café, que puedes jugar con cada uno de los métodos pero siguiendo las instrucciones correctamente, porque de eso también se trata, no dejarlo pasar o sobre extraer.

Para esta experiencia decidí probar un método quemex, que me da una experiencia de extracción usando papel para filtrar el café, donde los aceites naturales no se comprometen con el papel pero a su vez nos entrega filtrado mas limpio, un tip cafetero lover para saber si un café es muy bueno en categoría, deberíamos saber que el café extraído no es, o no debe ser de color negro como por mucho tiempo creíamos que era, incluyéndome, este debe ser de color claro de color café, de esa manera sabemos que es café fue bien seleccionado, tostado y molido para llevar a nuestra taza, el tema es mucho mas extenso de lo que creemos que es, son muchas las condiciones en las que se pueden venir presentados nuestros granos antes de convertirse en una buena taza de café.

Mi visita por la cafeteria San Alberto, un café que ha sido exclusivamente cultivado en la Hacienda San Alberto, este lugar nos ofrece también comodidad de poder disfrutar un excelente café y su vez un espacio propicio para concentrarte en tus cosas comer un rico postre, trabajar desde el lugar, su ubicación es subterránea, por lo que las ventanas están ubicadas con vista hacia arriba, la verdad esta muy chévere el lugar y sobre todo el café, y no puedo dejar pasar la excelente atención por parte de los colaboradores que hacen posible toda esta experiencia.
