I totally agree; sometimes we can fall down the hole of discouragement and once there, it's difficult to get out without some help. It's great when we learn to become our own helping hand and it's even better when we can teach someone else to do it; perhaps they will help us out of the hole someday, one of those days when we forget we can actually manage. It happens.
