RE: Coffee Conversation - Comment to Win Hive

It all started that afternoon. I got up on the wrong foot and when I went to drink my coffee, my cup slipped and broke.
I couldn't believe how terrible that moment was, seeing my cup in pieces on the floor and I would now not only have to deal with my left foot but also with my broken coffee cup.
As I bent down to pick up the pieces, a little blue man came out of one of the pieces and told me he'd grant me a wish if I helped him back inside. I asked him if he'd rather stay free, but his reply took me completely by surprise....
We need to buy a new cup. Make it exactly the same as the one that broke. Said the little boy in a hoarse, weak voice.
I was unlucky and I can't drink my coffee, what a shame!
A bad mood took hold of me and everyone who got in my way noticed it. I needed coffee, but first a fresh cup.
Oh no, what bad luck!!! It was my last sip of coffee, and the mug my husband had given me for my birthday. Today is definitely not going to be a good day. I better go back to bed and go back to sleep, maybe I'll wake up and it was just a bad dream.
As I stared at the pieces of my shattered coffee cup, I felt my heart shattered that was my favorite coffee cup and at this point I am having a terrible day.
What do I do I kept asking myself. It was the last of its kind.

But, hey, the Little Blue Man was in a more precarious situation that mine. I had to help him—and more so because some of us seemed to have forgotten about him and about the narrative tense of this story 😂🤣—...After thinking for a couple of minutes, while trying to let my negative, coffee-lacking mood aside, I asked him what I considered was the wisest thing for everybody:

--Little Blue Man who came out of my shattered blue cup, I wish a new cup exactly like this one which was your home until some minutes ago, so you can go back inside as if I had never gotten up on the wrong side of the bed this afternoon so that my cup slipped and broke.

The Little Blue Man replied in his hoarse, weak voice.

--My gentle Coffeeholic and Mad Lady who has gotten up on the wrong side of the bed this afternoon so that her cup slipped and broke, you have been the kindest human being, for you haven’t asked for treasures or power but just for my home to be restored so I could go on with my life. I’ll grant you your wish now! Whoosh!
