The town of Heraldwood was a magical place during the Christmas holiday. Nestled in the heart of the valleys, its quiet narrow streets were lined with tall pine trees and twinkling lights that seemed to stretch on forever.
The town square on Gregory Street was not left out. It was a beautiful sight to behold, with a giant Christmas tree standing majestically at its center, it was adorned with sparkling ornaments and twinkling lights. Around the tree, wooden stalls were set up, offering hot coffee and warm cookies to those who braved the cold.
The sweet smell of pine and cinnamon filled the air, and the friendly faces of the townspeople were lit up with holiday cheer. It was a place where it was impossible not to feel the spirit of the season, and where memories were made that would last a lifetime.
In one coffee shop on the corner of Gregory Street was Mary nestled in het stall. The smell of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods filled the air, and a warm fire crackled in the fireplace.
Mary bustled about her shop, preparing for the rush of customers that always came on Christmas Eve, she couldn't help but feel a sense of joy and excitement. She loved this time of year, and the warm, friendly atmosphere of the coffee shop made it all the more special.
Just as she finished setting out the last of the holiday decorations, the bell over the door jingled and a group of carolers bundled up in scarves and hats burst into the shop. Laughing and chatting, they made their way to the counter and placed their orders for hot coffee and gingerbread cookies.
As Mary prepared their drinks, she couldn't help but join in their cheerful singing. She had always loved Christmas carols, and the joy of the season was contagious.
Before long, the shop was filled with customers, all in high spirits and enjoying the holiday cheer. Mary worked tirelessly, serving up coffee, hot cocoa, and cookies to everyone who came through the door. But she didn't mind at all. She loved the feeling of being a part of something special, and the joy on her customers' faces made it all worth it.
As the night wore on and the carolers finished their rounds, Mary found herself humming Christmas tunes as she cleaned up the shop. She was tired, but happy, and couldn't wait to see what the rest of the holiday season had in store. As she turned off the lights and locked the door, she couldn't help but feel grateful for the wonderful community of customers and friends that had made the coffee shop such a special place.
What a nice story, there's nothing like doing things with love, that's what Mary did. It was nice to read you, happy holidays!!!!

Delegate HP and earn more, by @marriot5464.
Everyone on the blockchain is given a certain amount of "RESOURCE CREDITS" (RC) that can be "spent" in publishing posts, writing comments, etc. Everything we do requires a few RC to accomplish, similar to "mana" or "gas" on other blockchains. We are given RC depending on how much HIVE POWER (HP) we have staked. If you don't have much HP, you will use all of your RC quickly. RC recharges at a rate of 20% each day.
You have been given a temporary delegation ("loan") of HP to provide you with a greater allotment of RC, courtesy of @theterminal's RC-assist project. We ask that you:
• do not plagiarize (steal or 'spin' others' work)
• remain active
• comment/upvote others' posts to build your network
• PowerUp rewards to grow your account, do not 'cash-out' to an exchange
You may check your RC any time at https://hiveblocks.com/@marriot5464
The best of luck to you on Hive! 🙂
