RE: Coffee Conversation Event 83 (Sep 14 - 16)

My paraphernalia usually consists of my coffee grinders, the bottomless portafilter for the espresso machine and of course the coffee scale.

The manual grinder is one of my all time favorites! I love its industrial looks and the consistent workflow. It os quite practical too which means I find it dead easy to carry woth me on my family trips.

The bottomless portafilter is something brilliant too. It was the reason why my home brewed espresso became so much better! Thick and full bodied!

Finally… every coffee bean, before jumping in any of the coffee grinders, pases through the coffee brewing scale.

It comes from Japan, measures within 0,1 grams accuracy and has a built in timer for brewing your favorite coffee.

These are the tools that I use daily in my coffee brewing activities.

I'd love to join you - hope to have in my posession such a great manual grinder one day too. just postpone everytime this purchase... 😛

It is in the relatively cheap side… I remember it cost me about $50 and it was one of the most anticipated deliveries!

I can guess!! no grind - nothing to brew xD besides that, this gives you the total control under the grind grade and a field for experiments. tho i cant talk about the 'cheap side' - for example, Comandante C40 costs up to 33,000 roubles here ~ $360, which is way too much for me.

Do you have a Timemore Slim (judging by the photo)?.. The price for this model here is doubled ($100).

It is timemore C2 as I can remember! Comandante are way too expensive!

Wow, this is sensational, to have these utensils to prepare the daily coffee is a privilege. Congratulations 👏🏼👏🏼

Preparing coffee at home has always been a special activity! I wish I have some more time to involve into my coffee brewing!

I realize that preparing your coffee at home is quite an art. I congratulate you for this.
