running a coffee shop is easy?

From running up and down , finding suppliers price peaking on stock. Yes it has been crazy ,I would of thought I had lost some weight with the amount of work I have had to do but I think my chubby belly is staying

Just a quick catch up of the journey since I have not posted in a while , I hope all the coffee drinkers are still drink coffee and have not turned to tea .. no offense to tea drinkers. They are lucky though for no crazy price increases unlike for us coffee bean enthusiast. I have seen beans shoot up in price .. coffee beans use to start retailing from 65 Rands and has shot up right up to 85 Rands or 90 Rands and that is low end coffee beans.

So what have I been up to ?

I have been drinking coffee and making coffee .... drinking more coffee and making even more coffee.

Though on a side note I have been trying to grow the business a lot. Introducing new items to customers and trying to boost my social platforms as those are very important for reach of cliental. Most of my content had been shooting videos for Instagram and Facebook and aswell as posting pictures . I am not really a social media person but I do understand it to s point where consistency is key on there and quality aswell . My favorite word “Quality .

As for my faema Embassador coffee machine I use at the shop , I have fixed it to it’s best extent. The next solution is for me get another machine but this time a two group which will be abit challenging as I was spoilt with a three group . Though spacing is a big problem with a three group , being able to push out that extra cup saves a lot of time . The next machine I wish to go on a journey with is a simonelli , it was one of my first machines I had ever used and I loved it so much . “Your first love will always be someone you remember “ .
