Lemon is also high in vitamin C, which is important for maintaining the health of cells and skin. It helps to absorb iron in the body well. And for those who want to lose weight, according to the properties of lemon that help detoxify.

And it also makes you feel refreshed, relaxed and reduces stress. However, you should exercise together and you should not drink too much to get good results. For me, this is a drink menu that I make in the morning and then I exercise. This type of drink is very suitable for me.
- In the morning, after I wake up and wash my face, I will go into the kitchen to make lemon coffee. I start making coffee. In the meantime, I prepare to squeeze lemon juice. I mix only half a lemon. If the lemon is small, I will mix one. And when the black coffee is finished, pour it into the lemon juice. Slice the lemon thinly and add it to add fragrance to this cup of coffee. Ready to drink and start doing today's activities.
- And in terms of taste, it may not be to everyone's liking because there is only the fragrance of black coffee and the sour taste of lemon and no other flavors added. I never put sugar in coffee because sugar, if you eat a lot, will be harmful to the body. But for anyone who wants to try, try adding sugar. The taste may be easier to eat. But anyway, this type of drink is suitable for health-conscious people. And of course, I will continue to drink it.
- After drinking coffee lemon, I usually go for a light walk around the house. On days when I'm more alert, I'll walk a bit far. When I get back, I go to the gym to exercise.
