A few days ago, while we were doing our shopping for vegetables, greens and fruits, something caught her eye: a beautiful manga shining among the other products! I couldn't resist the idea of combining it with a delicious hot black coffee that he loves so much. So I came up with a great idea: a black coffee with a tropical twist!
As we all know, manga is not only delicious, but also full of benefits for our health. It gives us a good dose of vitamin C, facilitates digestion, strengthens our immune system and is an excellent source of hydration thanks to its high water content. 🍹💪

Ingredients
✓ Half sleeve
✓ 50 ML of water
✓ Half a cup of black espresso coffee.
✓ 1 Tbsp brown sugar.
✓ Step#1: We start by adding the sleeve to the blender, then the water content and a tablespoon of sugar.
✓ Step #2: Once the ingredients are ready, blend the juice in the sleeve for a few minutes until it is smooth and homogeneous. Then, strain the juice to remove the fruit residues and start serving the black coffee with the juice.
✓ Step # 3: Once the coffee is ready, I show you how beautiful it is.

Hoy quiero compartirles una maravillosa experiencia que viví con mi esposo, quien es un verdadero amante de las frutas ricas en vitamina C. Entre sus favoritas están el mango y la manga, ¡y quién puede resistirse a la dulzura que este fruto nos regala 🍑✨
Hace unos días, mientras hacíamos nuestras compras de vegetales, hortalizas y frutas, algo llamó su atención: ¡una hermosa manga que brillaba entre los demás productos! No pude resistirme a la idea de combinarla con un delicioso café negro caliente que él tanto adora. Así que se me ocurrió una gran idea: ¡un café negro con un toque tropical!
Como todos sabemos, la manga no solo es deliciosa, sino que también está llena de beneficios para nuestra salud. Nos regala una buena dosis de vitamina C, facilita la digestión, refuerza nuestro sistema inmunológico y es una excelente fuente de hidratación gracias a su alto contenido de agua. 🍹💪

Ingredientes
✓ Media Manga
✓ 50 ML de agua
✓ Media taza de café negro expreso
✓ 1 cucharada de azúcar morena
✓ Paso#1: Iniciamos agregando la manga a la licuadora, seguidamente el contenido del agua y una cucharada de azúcar.
✓ Paso #2: Al tener listos los ingredientes, licuamos el jugo de la manga por unos minutos hasta que esta haya quedado suave y homogénea. Seguidamente, colamos el jugo para eliminar los residuos de la fruta y empezamos a servir el café negro al jugo.
✓ Paso # 3: Ya listo el café les muestro como quedó de hermoso.
Bueno, mis amigos cafeteros, les puedo decir que este café con jugo de manga quedó especial y muy cremoso, todo en su punto. Apenas probé el primer sorbo, mi alma saltaba de felicidad, ya que este elixir estaba lleno de amor. ¡Ah! Pero les cuento que primero lo probé yo antes de dárselo a mi esposo. Ahora me despido, enviándoles muchas bendiciones, éxitos y buena vibra en su día.🤗🙏☘️ ¡Nos leemos pronto!
