I do wish you luck in finding a great coffee shop soon. It's sad when we visit places we hold fond memories of, only to find it has completely changed.
El Hatillo is so vibrant and colourful, it's the kind of place I'd love to visit for photography of quaint houses and old wooden doors that you've mentioned.
I'd say keep looking, and someday you might just stumble upon all your heart's desires:)
Thank you for stopping by!☕️
Have a lovely day💐Hello @cvnuitter, I enjoyed reading your post!

Hi @millycf1976 thanks!!! Yes it really is sad and more when it is a place that you are supposed to be able to find the original Venezuelan sweets , being located in a touristic place as it is the Hatillo, no longer represent a the country.
Totally El Hatillo is a very vibrant place, soon I will post several photos of it I hope you enjoy them. We will continue to see you around ☕️.
I send you a virtual hug from Venezuela💜
You made me think of traditional sweets in Jamaica, that I'd be disappointed to go and not find.
It's a shame as you say, since it's a big tourist area.
Sending virtual hugs to you from the UK 🤗💙
