There is a similar bakery here, as in your second photo, and it is Danish too. I tried some of those "snails", though it wasn't with marzipan.

    Both the snail and the princess cake was very nice. I saw our local supermarket has a princess cake as well, but I have a feeling it's not going to be nice at all so I never bothered by to try it
