I've always thought that the places that work with the small details are the most exceptional. I came across these photos on my phone from when I went for coffee at Ímpetu.

On two tables in the coffee shop were two trays full of roasted coffee beans that the workers were manually selecting. This is what we call specialty coffee. A coffee that is worked with the utmost excellence.

Upon noticing this, I was impressed because I had never seen this process done in a coffee shop. Most likely, one would see it on a processing farm, but not in a coffee shop.

The amount of time involved in the process of elaborating a good roasted coffee bean is extensive. Something that makes me value notoriety is a cup of coffee. The value is in the process behind its elaboration.

Sometimes we do not look at what is behind it. We don't give importance to the process because of the automation of our mind. After the industrial revolution and the process of industrialization in the world, everything is easier. This is even easier in developed countries. Small details are not observed, but they are the most important and remarkable ones.

The coffee beans in this post may seem simple, but they are the continuous effort of people who love their work and bring people the best experiences. I am referring to the emotional satisfaction of being able to drink a wonderful cup of hot coffee in its different variants or specialties.

That satisfaction can be perceived by the effort that exists behind it and the value that each roasted coffee bean has. I am referring to the added value that it possesses to reach this point.

That is so cool! You know,I've always wondered what the differences are. Sometimes, I can taste the difference, though not always (if I'm being honest). So it's definitely cool to get this extra insight into the whole thing.

It is always a great pleasure to share these kinds of things in the community. I'm glad you have a new perspective on coffee. The most interesting thing is the process level.

It is actually an arduous process that not all coffee lovers are willing to do, but it shows the commitment of the coffee shop to offer a good quality product: from bean to cup. 👍🏻

Of course. The idea is that there is a harmony between the service and the product. As you say, few do. Thanks for stopping by. : )
