This is the first time I've seen a coffee with banana in it. By the way, the pictures are beautiful. I loved the brewing process. It looks spectacular.

Fruit infused (fermented) coffees are definitely gaining popularity right now and are a good experiment. Of course, they are not for every day, but still quite pleasant and interesting.
