A Coffee with Milk Before the Consultation. We all have one thought and that is that we believe that the best coffees, in any of their versions, are prepared in the best cafeterias or restaurants. However, the reality is that we can enjoy a good coffee in the least thought place; and I say least thought, because usually the food, coffee or any other snack that is consumed in a medical facility, one could believe that they do it to get out of the way, or that people have no other alternative but to consume in these places the products they offer.
The issue is that I had to go to a specialty consultation with the ENT doctor, since I am suffering from a nasal infection that has affected me for several days. This consultation was in the early hours of the morning and I got up too late; I did not have time to have breakfast or coffee. I had to leave quickly, because the doctor always has many patients and I did not want to be late; well, I left without having breakfast or coffee, so my body had zero energy.

Arriving at the clinic, I went to the second floor, I signed in and was third on the list. The thing was that I was hungry and I wanted to have coffee very urgently; so I asked for the cafeteria since I had never visited it, this because the doctor had changed the address of her office; in my mind I had the idea that what I was going to consume was not like the usual, but as I said, there was no choice because there was no other place of this style in the area.
I arrived at the cafeteria, sat down and observed that the place was quite nice, nothing fancy, but with a good atmosphere; let's remember that it is a clinic, although this should not be an excuse. They have their coffee machine, I think a little old, they sell some cakes that seem to be delicious, they sell kisses, breakfasts, quesillos and some oatmeal raisin cookies that looked very good; at that moment I remembered @macchiata who had talked about the lattes and that's what I ordered; this with the intention of seeing how it was, I also ordered the oatmeal raisin cookies.
I waited a moment for my latte, I was not in a hurry because the doctor had not arrived and I was the third on the list. My order arrived, the coffee with milk and the cookies; you can see how balanced it is, a beautiful brown color, lots of foam and the cookies without a doubt were very good, totally recommended and if you go to Clinica Oriente here in Cumaná state Sucre Venezuela, you should go to the cafetín and ask for them.
The same I say about the coffee, first I tasted the foam of the sorbet and I tell you that at the first time the flavors were balanced. Now let's check it by drinking the coffee and I did not add any sugar. When tasting, you notice the right touch of coffee and milk, of course the coffee predominates, but everything is in the perfect order; a point in favor of this cafetín and to think that I thought it was a day of doctors without energy, but I was wrong, in this place you can enjoy a good coffee and also some good sweets, I must try another time their breakfasts; now it was time to go to the consultation, see you soon with another story of coffees.

Un Café Con Leche Antes de la Consulta. Todos tenemos un pensamiento y es que creemos que los mejores cafés, en cualquiera de sus versiones, son preparados en las mejores cafeterías o restaurantes. Sin embargo, la realidad es que podemos disfrutar de un buen café en el sitio menos pensado; y digo menos pensado, porque por lo general la comida, café o cualquier otro aperitivo que es consumido en un recinto médico, se podría creer que lo hacen por salir del paso, o que las personas no tienen otra alternativa que consumir en estos locales los productos que ofrecen.
La cuestión es que tenía que ir a una consulta de especialidad con el médico otorrino, ya que estoy presentando una infección nasal que me ha afectado por varios días. Esta consulta era a tempranas horas de la mañana y me levanté demasiado tarde; no me dió tiempo desayunar, ni tomar café. Había que salir rápido, porque la doctora siempre tiene muchos pacientes y no quería llegar tarde; bueno, me fui sin desayunar, ni tomar café, así que en mi cuerpo había cero energía.

Llegando a la clínica, fui al segundo piso, me anoté y era el tercero en la lista. La cuestión era que tenía hambre y quería tomar café con mucha urgencia; así que pregunté por el cafetín ya que nunca lo había visitado, esto debido a que la doctora había cambiado la dirección de su consultorio; en mi mente tenía la idea de que lo que iba a consumir no era como lo de costumbre, pero como dije, no había más remedio porque por el sector no existía ningún otro local de este estilo.
Llegué a la cafetería, me senté y observé que el lugar era bastante agradable, nada del otro mundo, pero con buen ambiente; recordemos que es una clínica, aunque esto no debería ser excusa. Tienen su máquina de hacer café, creo que un poco antigua, venden unas tortas que parecer ser deliciosas, venden besos, desayunos, quesillos y unas galletas de avena y pasas que se veían muy bien; en ese momento recordé a @macchiata que había hablado de los café con leche y eso fue lo que pedí; esto con la intención de ver que tal estaba, también pedí las galletas de avena con pasas.
Esperé un momento por mi café con leche, no tenía apuros porque la doctora no había llegado y yo era el tercero en la lista. Llegó mi pedido, el café con leche y las galletas; pueden observar lo equilibrado que está, un color marrón bello, mucha espuma y las galletas sin duda que estaban muy buenas, totalmente recomendadas y si van a la Clinica Oriente aquí en Cumaná estado Sucre Venezuela, debe ir al cafetín y pedirlas.
Lo mismo digo del café, primero probé la espuma del sorbete y les digo que a la primera los sabores estaban equilibrados. Ahora vamos a comprobarlo tomando el café y no le puse nada de azúcar. Al probar, se nota el toque justo de café y leche, claro que el café predomina, pero todo está en el orden perfecto; un punto a favor de este cafetín y pensar que creí que era un día de médicos sin energía, pero me equivoqué, en este local se disfruta de un buen café y también unos buenos dulces, debo probar en otro momento sus desayunos; ahora era el tiempo de ir a la consulta, nos vemos pronto con otra historia de cafés.
