Coffee and Ice Cream Combination. There is no doubt that at home, every morning you have to enjoy and recharge your batteries with a black coffee. However, this day I got up around 10 o'clock in the morning; of course I couldn't miss the coffee, but that day I wanted, logically, my black coffee combined with any other ingredient. You know that I am a person who likes to make those powerful mixtures and from my point of view surprising; so I remembered that in the fridge I had an ice cream called swing, which contains butter, chocolate syrup and strawberry, plus chocolate chips and peanuts; oh my God how tasty.
So I said to myself, this is the combination I need, since the energy contribution would be greater; so the ingredients are basic, freshly brewed coffee and a glass of ice cream of approximately 350 milliliters. I assure you that this will be superior and I dare say it will be a very special mix; don't miss it and come and enjoy it with me.

As I said before, logically this is not a step-by-step recipe; but the idea was to enjoy something different and here I present it to you. All I need is the coffee, which will no longer be hot, but after it is prepared we let it cool very well to accompany it with the delicious ice cream.
After having prepared and strained our black coffee; we simply let it cool down very well, practically so that it becomes iced, hehehehe. Once it is very cold, we uncover our ice cream and add it little by little to the coffee. Observe that the ice cream practically floats in the coffee.
Now we have our coffee combined with ice cream ready; notice that easily the ice cream remains as a kind of whipped cream; however, little by little a part of it is submerged in the coffee. This is beautiful and you can enjoy it as you like, drinking it or simply eating it with a spoon until there is no more ice cream left, hehehehehe.
I am not going to stay behind, because I am going to try this delicious combination. In my case, I am going to drink some coffee and then eat the ice cream, this is too good and I recommend it. As you know, I am not going to leave it to anyone and of course, the aroma and flavor of coffee are not lost. Dare to prepare it, you will not regret it, take it dad.

Así que me dije, esta es la combinación que necesito, ya que el aporte de energía sería mayor; así que los ingredientes son básicos, el café recién colado y un vaso de helado de aproximadamente 350 mililitros. Les aseguro que esto quedará superior y me atrevo a decir que será una mezcla sumamente especial; no te lo pierdas y ven a disfrutar conmigo.

Solo necesito el café, el cual ya no será caliente, sino que luego de estar preparado lo dejamos enfriar muy bien para acompañarlo del rico helado.
Luego de haber preparado y colado nuestro café negro; simplemente lo dejamos enfriar muy bien, prácticamente que quede helado, jejeje. Al estar bien frío, destapamos nuestro helado y lo agregamos poco a poco en el café. Observen que el helado prácticamente flota en el café.
Ya tenemos listo nuestro café combinado con helado; observen que fácilmente el helado queda como una especie de crema batida; sin embargo, poco a poco una parte de él se va sumergiendo en el café. Esto quedó hermoso y lo puedes degustar como quieras, tomado o sencillamente comerlo con una cucharilla hasta que no quede nada de helado, jejejej.
Yo no me voy a quedar atrás, porque voy a probar esta rica combinación. En mi caso, voy a beber un poco de café y luego a comer el helado, esto está demasiado bueno y se los recomiendo. Como ustedes saben, no le voy a dejar a nadie y claro que sí, el aroma y sabor del café no se pierden. Atrévete a prepararlo, no te vas a arrepentir, llévatelo papá.

That looks like quite a tasty treat! There is an Italian recipe that uses one scoop of vanilla ice cream with espresso, it's called affogato. That's what your blog reminded me of, though you did go heavier on the ice cream. Seems like a perfect recipe for when you want to pamper yourself and spice up your traditional cup of coffee :)
Hi, I have not tried the Affogato, but I have heard about it and I understand that they put the vanilla ice cream and then add the hot espresso, it must be a delight. As you say, I wanted to do something different with my black coffee, I had this ice cream at home and so I indulged myself. It really turned out very good, in this case it was with cold coffee.
