....English Version....
Coffee and Lemonade... Freshness and Flavor. At home we prepare our black coffee daily; this implies that sometimes it can be finished without realizing it and that was my case. Now, for this day there was only a little bit left to prepare a single cup of coffee and logically that was for me, hehehe. But no one should panic, because it was time to go to the supermarket to do some shopping and of course coffee was going to sneak in.
Don't go away, because we will also have the preparation of a black coffee that has been bought and says that it is extra strong; besides, you know that I like combinations, for that reason we will have our traditional black coffee filtered in the cloth strainer, accompanied by a refreshing lemonade; that is, coffee with lemonade, come with me, because this is refreshing, with a lot of flavor and with the healthy touch of lemon.

It is surprising the great variety of coffees that we can find in the supermarket shelves; logically, I have already tried many of them and others that are yet to be tried; we are talking about Nescafé, Anzoategui coffee, good coffee, Venezuela, mundo café, osole, San Domingo, amanecer, Della Nonna and stop counting; But among the untried ones was the Yocoima and it caught my attention that it said extra strong, as I like it; so the Yocoima was the one I acquired to prepare it and try it with the lemonade. So my friends, lovers of good coffee, stay with us and enjoy this delicious, refreshing and healthy combination.
....What I need....
Let's go now with the necessary ingredients to make this delicious blend with our extra strong Yocoima coffee:
- 2 measures of yocoima coffee (half a cup of cold coffee will be used).
- 2 medium sized lemons cut in half (two slices of lemon will be left; one to be added to the bottom of the glass and the other slice to be placed as decoration on the rim of the glass).
- 300 milliliters of water to prepare our coffee (with the two measures of coffee, three cups of coffee will be prepared; it will be pure and strong).
- Ice to taste.
....Step 1....
In this first step we are going to prepare our coffee; this with the purpose of letting it cool down. Remember that it is a cold beverage. We take a small pot, add the water, turn on the fire and let it get very hot.
While the water boils; we uncover our Yocoima coffee and add two measures in the cloth strainer; the coffee strained in the traditional cloth strainer is delicious. We watch as our coffee fills the cup; I tell you the smell of this coffee is incredibly delicious. We let the coffee cool.
....Step 2....
While our coffee is cooling, we are going to prepare the lemonade. First, we take one of the lemon slices and add it to the bottom of the glass. Now, with the help of a juicer we obtain the juice of the two lemons.
Without adding more water, we put the ice in the glass. Once our glass is ready, we place an upside down spoon over the glass with ice and little by little we add the already cold coffee, finishing with the slice of lemon on the rim of the glass. This will prevent the coffee from mixing in its totality and two tonalities will be appreciated; my friends, this looks good.
....A Tasting....
Coffee lovers, we have our coffee and lemonade combination ready; you can appreciate this beauty, enjoy the two shades and I tell you that now, the smells have combined in a masterful way; of course, the predominance of coffee is latent and lives up to its extra strong motto; now, let's taste and I assure you that I will drink it all.
We stir a little so that the ingredients are compacted; we taste and how delicious, how tasty; the coffee is really strong and I recommend it to you. The lemon flavor is felt in the background and all this without adding a pinch of sugar; let's forget about sugar and I invite you to prepare and enjoy this drink; a coffee that dominates and then I will make it alone, it is strong and that's the way I like it. Greetings to all and see you soon, hoping you liked this new recipe; pure flavor my people.

....A Degustar....
