I began my coffee journey at age 28 which was two years ago and my habit has never changed even though the routine changed. When I first started, I drink my coffee in the evening towards bed time as I would stay awake till 1 or 2 am until I force myself to sleep, but later, I changed to drinking very early in the morning before going out and that has works effectively to help me stay awake and active.

The adventure with coffee caught you when you came of age, age does not matter so much as how you enjoy drinking each cup to the point of delight.
I leave you a cup of coffee.☕
You are right. Age does not matter when there is enjoyment one derive from coffee. Thanks for leaving me a cup of coffee too.
There is a saying that says better late than never I assure you that you do not regret having started drinking coffee, @princessbusayo.
Yes. You are right. I never regretted it.
Cheers for that...
Late night coffees will made you stay awake all night. When we do have our thesis during college days, drinking coffee helps a lot to finish the book😊
Yes, that's the effect of drinking coffee late at night. Though it's helpful when you have work to do but it's bad for the health too.
True. Just drink in moderation 😊
The time we choose as coffee time is key if we are easily stimulated by caffeine. You started drinking coffee late; imagine if you had started as a little child as I did 😂
Hahaha. It would have made a big difference if I'd known about it as a kid. Lol
Wow, quite a late start… I think that among the people of the community I was one of the latest addicts, but you beat me with your 28 years. I think it is never too late to start your journey in the coffee world.
I feel that we all live experiences at our own pace, even drinking a cup of coffee, I rarely drink coffee at night, I enjoy it more every morning and afternoon ☕ maybe a latte invites me to drink this beverage at night, but I think I drink more coffee now than when I started, that has changed ☕😍.
Yea, I now enjoy coffee in the morning than in the night.
