Professional tasters prefer coffee without sugar, they say that sugar loses the essence of the coffee. I drink my coffee with a little sugar, I don't get used to drinking totally bitter coffee.

Well, maybe I am a professional taster lol 😆 without even know. But I do add milk so it diluates the bitter taste of coffee!
My machine is quite old, I mean its an older version and it wasnt too expensive as it looks because when we bought it it wasnt the newest version on the market 😅. Sometimes it isnt a big difference compared an older version with a new one. But its a good machine!
