Greetings to all my dear coffee friends, welcome to my blog.

Today I am going to show you a super recipe where the delicious flavor of coffee continues to captivate us, we can taste them in our snacks, breakfasts or whenever we feel like it. It is about coffee cupcakes, it is a fairly simple preparation that you will love, you will want to prepare it every day. Now yes, let's start with the preparation.

We need the following ingredients:
✔Wheat flour – 1 cup.
✔Sugar – 1 cup.
✔Oil – ¼ cup.
✔Coffee – 150 ml.
✔Egg – 1 unit.
✔Cocoa – 2 tablespoons
✔Vanilla – 1 teaspoon.
✔Baking soda – ½ tsp.
✔Salt – A pinch.

Step 1:

In a bowl add the sugar, egg, oil, vanilla and mix until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2:

Add the wheat flour, cocoa, baking soda and sifted salt. This will help us that the mixture does not have lumps.

Step 3:

Gradually add the coffee and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Step 4:

Pour the mixture into the molds and bake for 12 minutes at 180 °C or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cool and enjoy these delicious cupcakes. Accompany it with your favorite drink.
